The Men’s Health Box is a quarterly subscription box service curated by the editors of Men’s Health magazine. The box costs $89.99 per quarter and promises a “kickass box of curated products” worth more than $150.

The box is always stuffed to the top with products. Usually, they have no room for packing material.

Men’s Health definitely packs a ton in every box. It’s all curated with self-improvement as the goal — but they include items related to fashion and grooming, as well as health and fitness.

A letter from Richard Dorment, Editor-in-chief Men’s Health. This month’s collection has been put together with an eye to fast-tracking your success, whatever your current endeavor.

The information card lists everything in the box, giving a brief description and approximate value. The box promises to deliver goods relating to fitness, grooming, fashion, tech, and food/nutrition – little colorful icons show which category each item represents. I’ve found that there is typically one Tech item and multiple items for each of the other categories — 15 total items in the box!

Everything in my Men’s Health Box this quarter.

They include promotional cards from different brands. Two are discounts on purchases from brands represented in this quarter’s curation, but the Vincero card is a straight up gift card.

Sen Cha Green Tea Mints ($4.64) These resealable packets contain tea mints made with organic Japanese Matcha Green Tea!

These mints can give us healthier and fresh breath any time and anywhere. They’re sugar-free, non-GMO, vegan, kosher, and gluten-free. This item has a promo code on the info card.

Square Guard ($19.90) This tool is the secret to pocket square’s perfect form.

There are 3 easy steps to make it happen, as indicated at the back of the card. Just weave through and you’ll never have to worry wrinkled pocket square.

The pack included two sizes of the square guard, so you are covered no matter the style of your jacket. The larger size is best for suit jackets, while the smaller gives you the option of creating a perfect square in your shirt pocket when going sans jacket.

Sen Cha Vegan Matcha Latte ($4.48) The box included two sachets of organic matcha latte. It’s vegan and gluten-free too, with low glycemic sweetness. All you need to add is water! It’s similar to a all-in-one latte mix, but it has real sugar and uses tea and vegan “creamer” instead of coffee and dairy. There is a promo code for this brand on the info card.

Gatorade Whey Protein WIth Almond Butter Bar ($1.50; $2 on the card) The protein bars are individually wrapped so we can have it as a snack anywhere we go. It’s a boost of energy in a bar.

On top of the energizing benefits, it doesn’t have artificial flavors or added colors.

We can enjoy the 20 gram of high-quality whey and milk protein to help rebuild muscles for athletic recovery. This is in the right range of protein, but the carbs are a tad higher than I like, so this is definitely best for exercise proximate fueling and recovery. I like that it is sweetened in part with stevia to keep the sugar at a reasonable level.

Harry’s Body Wash ($4.99) This body wash produces a good lather and features a fresh earthy smell that lingers for a long time. It cleans without stripping the skin’s natural oils and instead leaves it smooth and hydrated. They included two bottles, so I can toss one in the travel dopp.

Core Organic Drink ($2.33; $2.50 on the card) It’s a guilt-free drink infused with fruits that are naturally sweet. Low in calories and high in antioxidants, it’s an ideal drink to quenches your thirst after a workout. The nutritional focus is solely on antioxidants, but it’s organic and low-cal, so you can’t really go wrong with it.

House 99 Polish Up Body & Hair Wash ($4.80) Packed with spirulina and quinoa, this 2-in-1 wash has an intense cooling effect perfect for men on the go. It doesn’t just cleanse your body and hair, it leaves you smelling great too!

House 99 Get Groomed Purifying Beard Scrub ($2.20) This black granular scrub works for any beard length. It’s formulated to fight beardruff and prevent ingrown hairs by removing dirt and pollution from the skin. By washing and conditioning, it softens the hair so you can work with it to shave or shape.

It’s powered by purifying black charcoal, exfoliating volcanic stone, and ginseng. The formula is paraben free and sulfate free too.

Frey Nomad Freshener ($8) Made with enzymes and surfactants, this freshener is safe for the environment and easy on your clothes. The packaging is portable, so you can bring it anywhere from your room, to your car, and even travel.

Oars + Alps Wake Up Eye Stick ($21) It’s a wake-up eye stick with caffeine that helps brighten and de-puff eyebags. It also reduces fine lines, wrinkles, and dark circles.

It has naturally-derived ingredients. To use,  just apply a small amount and gently massage on the under eye area.

Trigger Point Nano Foot Roller ($24.99) This foot roller is a useful tool if you frequently experience foot aches and pains. It’s lightweight and convenient to use anywhere.

The dense foam surface helps the circulation of blood in the tissue for mobility.

It feels great on my feet as if someone is massaging it!

It’s ultra compact (about the size of a short pepper mill) and has a foam roller made specifically to provide comfort.

The Ice Shaker ($25; $30 on the card) Ideal for traveling, camping or parties, this ice shaker maintains the temperature of you drink all day, because it’s made with two insulated walls and a vacuum seal.

The 16oz shaker also includes a removable agitator and measurement labels up to 15oz inside the cup.

It’s stainless steel, odor-free, spill-proof, and easy to clean. The metal doesn’t trap odor and stains like a plastic shaker does.

The agitator can be twisted into and out of the lid for easy cleaning. If you don’t need anything mixed to the drink, you can just leave the agitator at home.

You can have your shakes in relative silence, as the attached agitator is noise-free.

Rockay Socks ($15) These are not your ordinary socks! They’re specifically made to support your feet for running or doing workouts.

The packaging has an illustration of the different parts of the sock, each with a specific purpose .

Every part is performance engineered.

The socks have elastics to prevent slipping, a reflective logo for safety during night runs, light mesh for breathability, extra padding around toes, anatomically fitting arch compression for support and reinforced padded heel for protection and added comfort.

The DryGuy Warm N’ Charge ($40) This handwarmer came just right in time for the cold weather! It’s an eco-friendly and rechargeable solution to warm our cold hands. It’s a multitasking product as it can also serve as a charger for cellphones and other portable devices.

It offers over 5 hours of renewable warmth. It also has a convenient temperature selection. No need to change gloves frequently, just recharge the hand warmer for future use.

The hand warmer matches the bright blue color of the knit cozy!

It has an on and off temperature switch with two settings. It includes a micro USB cable for charging the warming which can double as a device cable for charging micro USB devices like Android phones and tablets. It’s also compatible with iPhone and iPad chargers, as it uses a standard USB connection.

It can be recharged for more than 500 times and has a thermally conductive aluminum shield. For smartphones, it can recharge up to 2 full charges. So handy! The knit sleeve is great for when you are using it as a warmer, but it also makes helps keep it from rattling against your phone or keys when carried in a pocket.

This quarterly box always delivers a wide variety of cool items that most active men will be able to fit into their routine. This quarter’s edition included some post-workout products to try — there’s a refreshing drink, protein bars, and mints. My favorite items are the gear — the foot massager, multitasking power bank/hand warmer, and the new shaker bottle. I’ve been living with a stained and stinky shaker for awhile, and this one is like getting a luxury upgrade! The products for grooming and skin care are also a blast, as they chose scents that smell good and are not perfume-like, and the products cater to men’s specific grooming needs. It’s an interesting Fall box, and there are no filler items!

Hello, I’m curious when this fall 2018 box was sent out. I started a yearly subscription in July of 2018, and to date, I’ve only received one box. The customer service is awful and have not responded to one inquiry I’ve submitted. Any way to get a hold of them?
