The theme of this month’s box was DOGSMAS IN THE CITY! BarkBox always does a great job of making the box decor and treat and toy selections fit the theme.

The information card came with an illustration of this month’s plush toys. The box contains one of the premium toys (selected at random), but you can get any of them in the online shop.

Also included is a fun activity card which you can use to spot fun scenes on the cityscape paper!

Here are this month’s cute dog items!

Norm The Nutcracker Plush ($12) This large plush is double stuffed with fluff, creating twice the fun.

That gray hair captured the attention of our dogs. This toy was so perfectly themed, I think it’s our fave.

Holly, Jolly & Gabe Plush ($12) This string of plush toys calls for an exciting game of tug! The plushies are soft and cuddly, while the rope is made of tummy-safe materials. It’s a great toy for sharing and since we have two dogs in the household, it’s really a win for us.

Butcher’s Block Pet Treats Beef Knee Cap ($3) This yummy dog chew is made from USDA-certified Omaha beef. It is succulent and savory, plus it lasts quite long too. It can get the dogs messy though, so we made sure they can enjoy this treat outside!

Etta Says Beef Recipe Slider ($12) This pack of treats is a dog-friendly version of beef patties!

These sliders are grain-free and gluten-free, and they can be broken up to serve as training treats.

Ingredients include beef, chickpeas, cane Molasses, vegetable glycerin, blueberries, dried honey, dried cultured skim milk, salt, citric acid, rosemary extract, and mixed tocopherol (a preservative).

Koha Lamb Jerky Strips ($12) Corn-free and soy-free, these jerky strips are packed with the goodness of lamb and duck minus the dyes or fillers.

Every piece is so tender, the dogs went crazy for them!

Ingredients include duck, potato flour, yellow pea Powder, coconut glycerin, dried brewers yeast, dried plain beet pulp, dried ground garbanzo bean, lamb, duck fat, natural smoke flavor, salt, honey, ground pea, lactic acid, cultured milk, garlic powder, onion powder, mixed tocopherols (preservative), and rosemary extract.

Here’s Dean, posing with his new favorite toy!

We love Barkbox because they make both dogs and dog-loving humans happy every month! Two big packs of treats plus a dog chew were more than enough to keep our pups satisfied, while the toys are just pure fun. Also, the festive theme and the box decor makes it almost as much fun for us as it is for the dogs. This subscription is indeed a perfect choice for dog lovers who wants a nice combination of treats and toys for their furry family members.
