My items were tucked into this reusable sturdy pouch. It has a drawstring at the top and can be reused to hold stationery supplies, jewelry, toiletries, and more.
The Portrait Dashboard on the left is on sturdy grey paper but it has a silver metallic circle in the middle that sort of looks like a mirror! The Affirmation Dashboard on the right is clear plastic and it is also a dry erase board! When placed on top of the other dashboard you can read the definition on the bottom.
Daily Gratitude Insert This 36-page insert has a demo on the back to give me an idea on how to best put it to use. Not only does it have space for the positives that are going on, it also has space to write down areas that need improvement.
Mindful Reflection Insert has 32 pages and again, a very helpful how-to is printed at the back. It seems like a guided journal entry, which may be a good intro to those who aren’t currently into that activity.
Conversation Mini-Journal In case you need more journaling inspiration, there is a list of prompts at the front of this 100 page journal. It seems like it is meant to be used for reflecting on conversations but of course you can use it however you wish, or even as a to-do list if you prefer. The pages are lined.
September Pop Up Calendar, Self Love Journaling Card, and Breathe Deeply Journaling Card These items are pretty self-explanatory. One is a pop-up calendar that can be placed on a desk. The Self Love card has the word “love” over and over again and can be placed in a card holder of some sort in your planner. The Breathe Deeply card has instructions on the back that can guide you perform a deep breathing exercise.
Wellness Die This die is designed to help us perform self-care activities during the day. It came in a keepsake tin and has a card that tells you which activity to do when you roll the die. Roll 6O? Got outside for a few minute if you can. Roll 10W? Take a 10 minute walk. What a neat idea!

One of the pens has silver metallic ink and a 0.6mm nib. The chisel tipped highlighter is in Rosé, also a popular color of wine for the summer.
I thought the die I received in this box was a cool way to perform self-care, just roll and then perform the activity that turns up. I also liked the notebook and the metallic accents on some of the items, I’m a fan of shiny things. The items in the monthly boxes by Cloth & Paper are always printed on high-quality paper and the pens I receive are stashed all over my house, I’m hardly ever out of arm’s reach of one. I keep all of my inserts in a simple holder from C&P and change them out from time to time depending on what I’m working on in my life at the time but they always have interesting and helpful themes!
