I quit ipsy right before they started the boxycharm merge. SO glad I did. Most of the products are from ipsy’s own lab. They throw in a few reputable brands to try to keep you hooked then value their products just as high when they are garbage. I just occasionally treat myself to an ulta or sephora trip instead. I am way happier with where my money is going.
I am canceling after this month. They decided not to do a bag so they could get rid of their refreshments items they can’t sell. That’s ridiculous. They didn’t even design their website to match the bag or anything. It’s obvious they don’t care. Ipsy is starting to skip corners…makes me wonder how much longer they will be in business.
