Art prints are a staple in Decocrated quarterly boxes! This season’s double-sided art print features pretty illustrations with a subtle summer feel. One side shows oranges with stems and leaves, while the other side has a text that says “My Happy Place,” framed by watercolor leaves. If you don’t want to go all out with your summer-themed home decor, framing this art print and putting it on your desk will do the trick.
Annual subscribers were able to choose one among three available colors for the woven rug: black, blue, or gray. I chose the blue one and it looks really perfect for summer. The boho style pattern gives off beachy vibes and I love it. Also, this rug can be used whether in the bedroom, living room, or bathroom!
This wooden art block is a minimalist piece that reminds us to “live simply.” There’s a frame in the middle, while the outer part of the block has a plaid pattern. This decor is easy to pair with other pieces to create a neutral summer ensemble.
Another way to brighten up a space is by adding some greens! Here, we have a faux plant with a ceramic pot and it looks really nice when displayed as a table centerpiece or on a shelf with other summer-themed pieces.
Speaking of a shelf, the box also included one! It’s a summer shelf with one layer, just enough space for the pot and the wooden art block. It gives off a farmhouse and rustic appeal, which I really like. It can be easily hung on a wall as well.
The next wooden piece in this quarter’s box is this wood caddy! It’s a versatile home organizer, where you can put kids’ craft materials or even your home cleaning products. Another way to use it is to fill it with condiments, and bring it when you’re having a barbecue by the poolside!
For our summer travels, Decocrated sent a tote bag where we can stash extra clothes, towels, and summer essentials. It has a fun print that says “this bag definitely does not contain home decor”!
