The BOX by Fashionsta is a monthly beauty subscription featuring a top-rated selection of latest beauty trends. For $24.99 a month, they send a box with 5-7 full-sized products handpicked by style influencers, makeup gurus and TV personalities. They also offer a box for men ($29.99 per month) and a mystery box add-on when you sign up. Fashionsta donates products items to 1736 Family Crisis Center, a nonprofit organization serving community members in the greater Los Angeles area with the aim of helping them escape the worst possible conditions of poverty, homelessness and violence.

This is the second time I paid for a box and not received it. I canceled it, yet I was charged for a box in January and still have not received it.

specifically: UPDATE: This subscription has disappeared and now appears CLOSED. We suggest opening a chargeback with your credit card company for any boxes you did not receive.
It’s the end of January and we haven’t heard any updates, responses, social media posts, or even responses to emails…in weeks. The even weirder thing is, I tried canceling my subscription until they’re able to catch up, but the “proceed” button to cancel isn’t working. Is this just a convenient glitch? What’s going on? They’ve ghosted! They were always so good about communication and transparency before. This was one of my favorite subscriptions! Just wondered if anyone has been able to get through or heard anything since like Jan 6?
Are you sure it’s January? I think it’s still the December box. It’s not out yet. They switched to calling it “our next box” to dodge timing questions.
