THE BOX by Fashionsta has announced a subscription pause. The complete letter to subscribers appears below:


We apologize for leaving everyone in the dark and ceasing communication over the last few weeks. Unfortunately we are another small business that’s struggling to survive the economic impact of the pandemic. The rise in product prices, shipping costs doubling, and hundreds of cancellations due to economic reasons, have left us dealing with some hard choices to navigate.

THE BOX by Fashionsta will be taking a pause.

Below is a breakdown of what we’re currently working through:

December Boxes+ Winter Sale Items: Are all packed and in our warehouse awaiting clearance for shipping. Once your box is en-route to you, a tracking number will be emailed.

December Mens Boxes: Will be refunded.

January Payment: We will be processing refunds for all January payments

February: All of your accounts have been paused

Prepaid Subscriptions: Your accounts have been paused

We truly apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this has caused, and appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate through this pause as gracefully as possible.

    This makes me sad! This was by far my favorite subscription box! They always had new, fun and different makeup I’d never had chosen for myself, but loved! It’s always sad when a small company can’t succeed especially when the giant corporations are making billions through this whole mess. It’s unfortunate!

      It appears Fashionsta has vanished, and please remember Hello Subscription is a subscription box review site, not a subscription box company. As suggested in another update about this brand on this website, “we suggest opening a chargeback with your credit card company for any boxes you did not receive”. In other words, you will need to go through your credit card company to dispute the charges since you never received your product.
