Poppy’s Shape Search. This book teaches kids about shapes, with the help of recurring character Poppy!

Poppy and her friends set out on a shape search. Can they find all of their favorite shapes?

Here are some suggestions for the parents to keep their babies engaged and interested in every page of the book.

There are also cute and colorful illustrations inside!

It’s also made from high quality materials which allows us to use it over and over again!

Squishy Shapes. These soft and fuzzy shapes will help practice shape recognition through tactile play. They are made from velboa fabric that’s soft to touch but tough at the same time, making them perfect for toddlers.

Beanbags Shapes. Made from 100% cotton, these beanbag shapes can be used for shape matching. The size, texture, and weight of each beanbag are also perfect for the delicate and little hands of toddlers!

The beanbags fit perfectly on the shaped holes of each squishy shape!

Peg Puzzle. This puzzle provides another fun and exciting way to learn shapes as they build fine motor skills. The toy contains 3 shaped pegs that will only fit 1 out of the 3 shapes. It also teaches naming basic colors as toddlers try to solve the puzzle.

Everything is made from solid beechwood and finished with non-toxic and water based paint and varnish.

Lacing Beads. Threading the shapes on a string with this toy will help toddlers develop bilateral coordination and concentration skills.

Threading beads in specific order is also a good way to build early math skills. What’s great about this toy is that you can bring it on the go. For instance, you can hang it on a stroller or car seat!

This month’s Panda Crate box consists of materials that provide a fun way to learn shapes while providing a great sensory learning experience. As toddlers learn some basic shapes, other lessons and skills such as color naming, building fine motor skills, and bilateral coordination were also provided by the materials included in the box.
