If I subscribe now it says I’ll get the “summer discovery” box first. Anybody know what it contains? Is it the same as the regular summer box?

    • Abby
      07.23.21

No it’s not usually the same as the summer box. It’s usually random leftovers from previous boxes. Still worth it but can be really hit or miss. If nothing else good stuff to use for gifts.

Not super strong, but I guess I could always use more basic socks.

There’s always a couple really good categories and then there’s a few whack ones..it’s like the last two or three categories is the junk they can’t get rid of 🤷🏻‍♀️

For me the only thing that looked ok for this box, was the dutch oven in the first category. I am glad I cancelled for now, this is not enough to make me want to sub back!

If you go to that company’s website you’ll see that it’s actually their “mini” version and it looks tiiiiiny

  • JenM

Not really excited about any of these – but it is category 4 and I can use/gift more than one of these items. Probably will go for the socks for me or the Korres for gifting purposes.

Not sure about these spoilers. Maybe the socks or one of the cleansing products.

  • Melissa Fioramonti
    07.22.21

Super unimpressed with this category. Nothing in it I really want or would use.

  • Kj

Love the hat, but I’m a hat person and really like plaid. So it’s win win. I also want socks because the other bamboo socks I’ve tried were super soft. So I will be getting both.

At first I thought “meh” but there are definitely things in this set that I can use. I have really liked the Elemis products I’ve used before, but won’t use them now because they’re not cruelty-free. (Korres and M.A.D Skincare are cruelty-free, according to Ethical Elephant and a google search.)

    • Andrea S.
      07.22.21

I was going to choose the Elemis peel but now that I know it’s not cruelty-free, I will go with one of the M.A.D. products. There is no excuse for animal cruelty in the cosmetics industry and all consumers must put their foot down and insist on cruelty-free products.

Couldn’t agree more. It’s shameful. Definitely will be going for the socks!
