anyone else getting charged an extra $42 for a child box? I’ve disputed this item and they keep insisting it’s my subscription that I already was sent the normal $26 a month. The customer service rep after 20 minutes on hold stated they were bought by another company (UK company) and they are having issues with the billing that they will refund me. It’s been a week and a half and nothing. I loved this box just sad what is happening.
This use to be the best box now it’s the most disappointing

Hey Dermstore, we miss the older boxes. So many moisturizers and nothing seems planned or to make sense anymore.
Don’t get me wrong I love Beaityfix…but since I have re-subscribed. It’s like every other box is just one decent product and fillers.
Oh the days with 2 or more full sized and up to ten items. Can’t we just go back to that boxy?
This moisturized sister needs a great peel, perhaps a lovely shade of cheek and lip balm. Perhaps some lower priced full sized products, instead of one hugely overpriced serum and tons of moisterizers.
