I ordered the Beautyblender foundation and have never received it.
It was my first month of receiving Ipsy.
I wasn’t offered any of the Sunday Riley items as add ons. Wondering if because I chose a SR item as one of my choices Ipsy canceled out any other SR products as possible add ons?
I had the same problem. I never even saw the Sunday Riley items and I logged on at 9 AM! You should write to ipsy support!
