BOXYCHARM February 2020 Review + Coupon

BOXYCHARM is a makeup and beauty subscription box that sends out 4-5 deluxe and full-size samples every month. In the past, the items have been mostly full-size products and the boxes always include an amazingly high value with premium products!

It’s here! I’ve been excited since the spoilers!

The items arrived in a black box. There are no fillers but everything arrived in great condition.

Evio Refreshing Cleansing Hemp Wipes – SIMILAR ($14) This is a variant item. It’s a travel-friendly pack of make-up remover wipes! These wipes are large and one piece can already clean a full face of makeup!

Made with hemp fibers, they’re gentle on the skin and they leave it feeling moisturized as well. Such a great discovery from this month’s box!

Laura Geller New York Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator in Gilded Honey ($26) This is a variant item. I got the illuminator in Gilded Honey, which is well-pigmented and great for fans of bronzed highlighters. It features a unique texture that’s sheer when applied but feels like a cream!

The packaging is simple and straight forward. It’s lightweight and easy to stash in any travel pouch.

It provides the skin with a gentle bronzing effect and a natural-looking glow!

I love the fine shimmer it gives and the color is just so pretty. It’s recommended to sweep all over the face for a lit-from-within glow!

Ciate London Everyday Vacay Coconut Scented Translucent Setting Powder ($22) Subscribers will get this or either one of these: Touch In Sol Pretty Filter Glassy Skin Balm, Amika Supernova Moisture and Shine Cream, and Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops. A great way to lock in and set your makeup, this translucent powder is finely-milled to give you a lightweight coverage!

It gives a soft-focus finish and has no flash back which is really great. The formula is made to minimize creasing even on problem areas like the under eyes.

I like how the jar came with a sifter for better control over the product!

The packaging itself is gorgeous! It’s simple but it looks luxurious!

Luxie Beauty Complete Sponge Set ($40) Subscribers will get this or the Alamar Cosmetics Brush Set. I love that these sponges came in a reusable box. The packaging was well-thought-out and I like it.

At the back, you will see what the 3 sponges can be used for. One is a detail blender, one is a precision blender, and the other is a powder blender. All of them are cruelty-free!

In all honesty, I just needed one for a full face. It’s multi-purpose! But having 3 different sizes and shapes gave me more options on what and where I can use them! The sponges itself are super soft and they expand in size when damp. I like using the smallest one to get to the nooks and crannies of my face. They blend product really well and they give of an airbrushed look!

Iconic London Day To Slay Eyeshadow Palette ($62) Subscribers get either this or any of these: Qms Medicosmetics – Intensive Eye Care, BECCA Ultimate Coverage 24 Hour Foundation or KATE SOMERVILLE Kx Active Concentrates Bio-Mimicking Peptides Serum. The last item from this box is an eyeshadow palette! It features 20 well-pigmented shades that are crease-proof and blendable!

I love the palette name Day to Slay and I can’t wait to see what’s inside!

The neutral/earthy shade range is stunning! The palette came with its own mirror, making it easier for touch-ups anytime and anywhere!

There’s a nice mix of matte and shimmer shades! It lives up to its name “Day to Slay” because you can definitely create an infinite number of looks from this palette. From an everyday look to a night out party look, the only limit is your creativity!

This is yet another amazing box from BOXYCHARM! The total retail value of the items in this box is $164. For a $25 box, that is surely a great deal! Every item was great and usable. My favorite for this month is the translucent powder! I love that it’s multi-purpose because you can use it to set your make up, but you can also use it as it is just to freshen up and remove oil from your face in the middle of the day! Overall, I am really happy with everything I got and I’m looking forward to the next box! Wishing for more amazing makeup products!
