Herb Stop is a locally owned small business out of Pine, Arizona that offers the AromaBox, a monthly essential oils subscription box. Master Herbalists Leilah Breitler and Natalie Hajdu curate their oils to a theme and all of their essential oils are 100% pure, although some of the more precious oils are thinned with jojoba oil.

AromaBox is $24.95 a month and that includes shipping, plus you can choose to receive this box once a quarter. You will receive 4 bottles of oils – 3 single essential oils (1/6 oz or 1/3 oz each) and 1 roll-on essential oil blend ready for use. Along with your oils, you will receive a flyer with details on each oil, 3 tips on using each oil, and safety information.

The Herb Stop insists that all ingredients must come from reliable and ethical sources. Leilah and Natalie believe that quality and high standards are essential to create life-enhancing herbal products that are unmatched.

FYI – AromaBox is always available through the end of the month!

The theme for July’s box was The Empathic.

DEAL: Save 15% on your first box with coupon code HELLO15.

The flyer opened up to give more info on each oil. Each oil is described and then it gives you an aromatherapy tip, a tip from Leilah (a Master Herbalist), a tip from Natalie (also a Master Herbalist), and any safety precautions. There is a nice color picture of each herb and the details are easy enough for the newest essential oil enthusiast to understand. I also own an essential oil book that I can refer to but you can always find further uses on Google or Pinterest.

SAFETY NOTE: If you have any health concerns or are pregnant or nursing I would urge you to check with your doctor before using essential oils. The Herb Stop does not endorse the use of essential oils for internal use, unless under the supervision of a qualified practitioner skilled in oral administration of essential oils.

The back of the pamphlet gave info on the featured blend for this month and a recipe for a spray. I had everything on hand and whipped it up in no time. It also had a coupon code for their shop.

There were a couple of business cards on top too and a place to write notes about your oils.

Everything arrived safely!

Let’s learn more!

Herb Stop White Grapefruit Essential Oil ($15.20) Oh, the smell of this is just heavenly, sweet and citrusy and just grapefruity, like when you tear the skin of the fruit and the citrus oils squirt in your eye, but without the pain.

The Herb Stop does a great job of telling you what is in their bottle, what part of the plant was used, how it was obtained, and country of origin of the plant.

This oil is pure, with no other oils in the bottle.

Each bottle has a Euro dropper for convenience. White grapefruit can be diffused or used in bath and body products, but use them at night since the oils can make your skin burn easily in the sun.

Herb Stop Tobacco Absolute Pure Essential Oil In Jojoba Oil ($38.99) is mixed with jojoba oil but should still be mixed with a carrier oil before using on skin. It gives a warm scent when added to other oils as a perfume and smells sweet and spicy, like pipe tobacco.

Herb Stop Camphor Essential Oil ($2.10) First of all, DO NOT INGEST, even small amounts of this oil can be fatal if taken internally. You can mix this with a carrier oil and rub it on the skin to improve circulation or to ease sore muscles. Soak a cotton ball with some of the oil to repel moths and other insects in closets or drawers. It smells like Vicks VapoRub.

Herb Stop Aromatherapy Roll-On in The Empathic ($16.95) Every month, The Herb Stop sends an exclusive roll-on blend that isn’t carried in their shop, but there are lots of other wonderful blends to choose from so I included a link to their site!

Like the other oils sent this month, the idea of this oil is to help balance the emotions. It has grapefruit, lavender, bay leaf, muhuhu, jasmine, and tobacco in a base of jojoba oil.

Just roll it on and breathe deeply. It has a sweet and floral scent that isn’t at all obnoxious, just pleasant and nice.

AromaBox is a very handy box to receive every month! Not only do they send well-known essential oils, they send lesser-known ones too, and a ready-to-roll perfumed oil. The value was pretty amazing, around $73.24 if I were to order these items from their online shop. All that for only $24.95? That’s amazing!
