This month’s theme is Memory! Every month, they include a Brain Boost activity. This month is about increasing our memory with an active meditation. It looks quite fun to do! There’s also a Monthly Neuro Prize, and all you have to do to have a chance to win the Amazon Fire 7 Tablet is to take a selfie with your box and share it on social media. Pretty easy!

Neuro-Stack Brain Support Supplement by Akua Life. These supplements are packed with Caco, Rhodiola, Ashwagandha, Lion’s Mane mushroom, etc. It is a blend to help enhances nerve regeneration and improves focus and clarity with continuous use. You are supposed to take 4 caplets every morning, and although we received a bottle saying it was 120 caplets, I only received 24 capsules. I’ve tried them, but I can’t say yet what are the effects.
Synapse Sparkling Drink. A very tasty drink that got me focused right away with enough energy to also keep me going on my run after a long day at work! It is sweetened with agave syrup and tasted like a fresh sparkling pear juice with a bit of heat (I think it comes from a bit of ginger added).
Kimera Koffe to go. This is a pre-ground coffee, perfect for french press, espresso maker or drip-coffee. It is enhanced with Taurine, DMAE, and L-Theanine. It’s a medium-roast, so it’s not overly bitter, and it was ok with my soy milk. I didn’t notice any improvement from my usual coffee, so YMMV.
Blueberry Memory Bar. That was a tasty little treat with a strong taste of real blueberry, with some nuts to give it a nice texture. It was really good!
SmartTEA Pants by Urban Herbs. This is a white tea blend, and I love white tea for my iced tea. It has a light floral scent and taste.
Flexi Puzzle. I’ll admit, this is what I’m always looking forward to in this box, I like a good puzzle! Each cubes is attached to its two (or one) neighbours by a long elastic that runs through them. You can shape pretty much anything, but the goal is to shape the puzzles that are in the little booklet.
I had fun trying different designs.
But they were quite easy to solve.
This was a fun box. The puzzle was fine, but I was disappointed that it wasn’t more challenging. I really like the tea and the blueberry bar, and the synapse sparkling drink did exactly what it promised, which I appreciate a lot for always being on the go! I really enjoy that this is a box that could be gifted to anybody, man or woman, but I was hoping we would have one more item to challenge the brain, like a book or activity, and I know that previous months had those extra items that I feel is missing from this box.
