Every month Target launches non-subscription Target Beauty Boxes. Depending on the contents, they are themed and cost $5-10, and sell out quickly!  The May Target Beauty Box was $7. There was also a Sonia Kashuk box.

Voila! All the items wrapped in a pink paper.

Hello Indulgence!

The product information card listed the products included in the box and a little info about each item. There’s also a $3 off coupon code valid for beauty purchases of $15 or more, and can be used online or in-store.

Everything in the May box!

Scunci Spirals ($1.50) These three little spiral hair ties are designed for maximum elasticity. It is literally a fun twist in a ponytail. You can have a dent free, all-day hold for your silky smooth hair.

Some scrunchies or ponytails are heavy and too tight when used but this is different. It doesn’t drag the hair down, it maintains the style of how you twisted it to make a bun and does not cause stress or unwanted headaches. Love these but they’re not as great as invisibobble.

St. Ives Cleansing Stick ($7.89) It’s a travel-friendly cleanser and you won’t have problems with it spilling. It does look like a glue stick inside but it smells really refreshing! You just splash water on your face, massage the cleansing stick unto your face, and then rinse it. It is that convenient. Your face is instantly cleansed and hydrated. It’s also perfect for travel!

Bodycology Free & Lovely Refreshing Mist ($1.25) This fragrance is a hit with the sweet scent of lavender followed by amber. The scent lingers, but not overpowering. Also, it’s free of parabens and phthalates.

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunscreen ($2.36) With a broad spectrum SPF 55 and a Dry-Touch technology, this sunscreen is lightweight and quick-absorbing with a no-shine finish. It is good to know because the last thing I need is a sticky sunscreen. It has formulation called Helioplex that is designed to protect skin from skin-aging, UVA rays, and UVB rays. This non-oily formula is also waterproof, non-comedogenic, and PABA-free.

OGX Coconut Miracle Oil Dry Shampoo ($2.45) This dry shampoo does a good job of covering up greasy hair and extends the interval of washing and shampoo days. It helps extend style and bring life to the strands. It is infused with coconut oil, plus the essence of tiare and vanilla bean extract, and that’s why it smells so great! Plus it’s a great deluxe size!

Soap & Glory The Scrub Of Your Life Body Buffer ($2.77) Rough skin areas like elbows, dry shins, callouses, and feet need extra care. This body buffer will be useful for keeping those parts smooth and nourished, as it has a rich consistency enough to gently exfoliate and moisturize thick skin. It also smells wonderful with notes of bergamot, mandarin, rose, jasmine, peach strawberry, soft musk, and amber.

La Roche-Posay Lipikar Balm ($0.74) My skin absorbed this balm so fast, it felt highly nourishing and soothing too. The formula works even for sensitive skin and it can even be used for babies two weeks and up. It is an accepted product of National Eczema Association. The formulation is free from phthalates, parabens, and artificial fragrance.

I’ve always wished for more variety in Target boxes, and this month I actually got it! All products are travel-sized and summer ready as if it predicted that all of us are going out of town and to the beach! I especially like the innovative idea of the St. Ives cleansing stick because it is practical and easy to use. I appreciate the sunscreen because nothing causes aging more than the angry heat of the sun. All works well in their own right so I’m very happy with my box!
