We created this subscription offering to test new ways to help our subscribers make the most of their Birchbox experience, and thanks to you, we’ve learned so much about what works and what still needs improvement.
After six months of testing, we’ve found that the majority of you really like the features, but aren’t crazy about the added cost. We hear you and have decided to pause the Select subscription program while we explore other ways to incorporate these features into our service.
For the rest of this year, you’ll enjoy your Birchbox Select Beta features at no extra cost. You will not be billed the additional $5 on November 1st or December 1st. In 2018, the current Birchbox Select Beta program will not be available as a separate package and you will no longer see these options for customization.
We are passionate about the features we’ve offered so far, and we’ll be sure to keep you posted on our progress and next steps. As always, you will continue to have Sample Choice and Curated Box options each month.
We’re so grateful to have our subscribers involved in making Birchbox the best it can be. We wouldn’t be where we are without you, and sincerely appreciate the honest and constructive feedback you’ve shared along the way.
