Dermis 8 Exfoliating Carrot Soap ($4.99). This all natural soap contains eight natural exfoliating and moisturizing ingredients to help make your skin tone even and brighter. It smells great, cleanses without over drying and I will be ordering the full size bar.

Dove Dry Spray Invisible Antiperspirant ($5.82). I could not believe that there were no white deodorant marks on my dress and how well it worked. This was the first time I had ever used a spray and it says dry but I felt sticky and worried that I would smell by the end of the day. In fact, I threw a full sized deodorant into my purse just in case, but I was impressed. No stinking after being in the hot truck (it’s been in the 100’s this summer), and after about an hour the stickiness turned into dry fresh smelling pits.

Madam C.J. Walker Beauty Culture Dream Come True Masque ($6.40). A nourishing treatment mask that deep conditions and re-hydrates dry, damaged, or color-treated hair. This is the perfect treatment for hair after a weekend of swimming in the pool. I don’t think my hair has ever looked this good after spending so much time outside.

SheaGirl Coconut Sugar and Vanilla Orchid Body Wash ($1.25). I love this product so much and use it daily so I was super excited that Cocotique is bringing it to other women. SheaGirl brings only the best ingredients to my beauty regime, it’s also brought my skin to a nice healthy glow.

Urban Hyration Daily Moisturizer with Avocado and Argan Oil ($1.99). Since being introduced to air oils I have found that the ones containing Argan Oil are amazing. I’m a little sad that this is in a bag because I use such a small amount of oil that I’m afraid of wasting it, it’s truly the reason I have not tried this product.

Urban Hydration Vanilla Bean Sugar Scrub ($3.99). This sugar scrub features a rich, sweet scent, along with healing and exfoliating properties that work hard to leave your skin feeling softer and your body feeling rejuvenated. It’s infused with naturally-inspired ingredients like Vanilla Bean, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, and Coconut Oil, that are proven to promote circulation, moisture and cellular regeneration. I am absolutely in love with this product and can’t wait to get more using my 15% off code!

Vaseline Intensive Care Cocoa Radiant Lotion ($3.39). This is a staple in our house. It smells great and leaves the skin feeling soft and moisturized. Even my husband loves this product and has already claimed this bottle to take to work for his extra ashy days.

Black Radiance Body Building Mascara ($2.99). Body Building Mascara is a pigment-rich, smudge-proof formula that creates thick, long lashed every time. Personally I don’t need thicker, longer lashes – they already touch my lens! So my sister in law is loving this product. She stated that this is the best mascara she has ever used.

Radha Organics Baby Skin Moisturizer ($15.95). Mango butter, coconut, jojoba and glycerin will leave skin baby soft. Gentle and safe for babies and adults of all skin types. I loved how soft my skin was but the scent of this moisturizer left something to be desired for me.

Cocotique is a great fun way to learn more about products that are designed with women of color in mind. I loved getting to try new items and adding a few of them to my own beauty regiment. I also loved getting brands that I have already fallen in love with because that helps to solidify my greatness. Cocotique can save me a lot of money with all the coupon codes they have partnered to provide, what an amazing way to make me continue to use the wonderful products that were brought to my door. I also love that the amount of items is manageable that I can use everything and d don’t feel too bad when I don’t like an item. I can’t wait to see what they bring in July, I’m hoping for a wonderful new sunscreen product.
