The theme is ‘The Cookie Kit.’ Sounds delicious!
The information card uses cute symbols to show which items are for the human and which items are for the kitty. Item description, prices, and companies are listed on the card. The December theme will be ‘The Favorite Things Kit!’
Here are the items in the November The Cat Kit. It looks adorable! More unboxing photos can be seen in my July review.
A rolling pin with cats on it? Yes, please!
The Mini Laser Engraved Cat Theme Rolling Pin by Rollingwoods ($15.99) made our hearts melt. The made in Poland rolling pin is made out of beech wood.
The length of the pin is 9″ with a working surface of about 4″. The rolling pin can be used on cookies, cakes, pies, and even play-dough.
I purchased a package of inexpensive pie crust to try out the rolling pin because I am not going to start baking until the week of Thanksgiving. I am picturing a beautiful pie with cats on the crust worthy of an Instagram moment.
The Cat Print Mini Oven Mitt by Collisionware ($10.00) is too cute for words. The handmade mini oven mitt is just the right size for lids and handles.
It worked well when I tried it on a hot lid.
The Cat Head Cookie Cutter by The Cat Kit ($5.00) will be enjoyed by our family. We love all kinds of cookie cutters!
Thanksgiving week I will be making cat head shaped cookies with cats on them with my eight-year-old. He can’t wait.
My eight-year-old thought that the “I Love Cats & Cookies” Real Foil Art Print ($16.00) summed up his life perfectly. It was protected in plastic with a board to keep it from bending.
My husband hung the print for me in the dining room while I wrote the review. I could not resist!
The Catnip Heart Cookie by Legendary Pet Toys ($2.75) is purrfect for the Cookie theme. It is full of 100% catnip. The kitties loved it. It is handmade in the USA.
The Catnip Fortune Cookie by K. Grant Designs ($3.00) is an adorable catnip felt toy with a fortune tag “Simply Adorable.” The handmade in the USA toy was enjoyed by the kitties. Puss in Boots was fascinated by the tag.
Time to see what the kitties think. Puss in Boots had a cold when I took the pictures and was low-key. He did play more with the toys later in the day.
Sylvester is a mellow cat that was born a day later than his siblings. He was content to keep the heart cookie near him.
He is holding his cookie while checking out Puss In Boots’ fortune cookie. Puss in Boots wanted to pull off the tag which remained attached to the toy. He played with it more rigorous later in the day.
Sylvester is giving me the look because he wants to keep his heart cookie toy.
Sylvester is still giving me the eye while holding his toy. Poor Puss in Boots. He is feeling under the weather from his cold. He is starting to feel better.
Garfield is T’s eight-year-old cat. He is holding his fortune cookie tight because T tried to take the cookie to play with him.
I checked on them a little later. Garfield still looks grouchy while Sylvester is hugging his cookie.
The November The Cat Kit was purrfectly themed for cat lovers and their kitties. The Laser Engraved Cat Rolling Pin is one of my favorite items from subscription boxes. It will receive a lot of use in my household. The value of the box is over $50.00 which is great for a box with artisanal items. The Cat Kit is a fun, lighthearted box that will delight cats and their humans. The kitties and I think it is meowvelous!
