The Cat Kit is a monthly subscription box for cat lovers and their kitties. Each box is themed around a cat-egory which will include unique, well-designed, and quality items. The subscription costs $39.95 per month.
The July box is the second box! What do you think of the black and white paper?
There is a cute cat sticker sealing your package of goodies for you and your cat.
I see a toy for the kitties!
The cat-egory for July is The Outdoor Kit. My cats heartily approved.
The information card uses icons to let you know which item is for the cat or human. The card lists the items, prices, and a description.
Here are the items in The Cat Kit July box!
I thought about this a few days and am still perplexed by this bag because it is an outdoor theme. The way I see it is that cats don’t discriminate if you are an indoor human or an outdoor human. Celebrate your indoorness with the Indoor Cat Tote Bag by Extras by Alaina ($18.00). There is a matching shirt that goes with the bag. The bag is designed by a fellow catlover who created the original hand letter tote which measures 16″ x 15″. It’s a fun tote that can hold sunnies, a book, and more if you venture outside!
My favorite item is the Birch Wood Cat Emoji Keychain by Lady Maggie ($6.95). The emoji is laser cut on birch ply. My favorite emoji on wood! Life is purrfect.
Your cat will love the Cat-Friendly Seed Bombs ($7.00) which has catnip, wheat, oats, and rye. I am going to have J, age 7, plant the seed bombs. You throw the seed bomb on the ground, water, and watch it grow. The seed bombs are small enough that they can easily be grown inside.
J loved playing with the Play-N-Squeak Interactive Bird Toy ($6.54) with his kitties. It made a mouse squeak sound which confused my cats because mice don’t come with feathers. It was funny to watch their confusion. It has catnip in it.
The kitties are going to love the Bell Rock Growers Pet Greens Treat with Turkey & Duck (list price $5.99, sale price $3.99). The made in the USA treat has turkey as its first ingredient. It also has wheat grass in it which helps satisfy your cat’s need to chew on grass. The cats loved the treat.
What did the kitties think of the box?
Zelda surprised me by jumping up on the table to eat the treats.
Look at the drool marks! I had to clean my cutting board again because the drool marks will show up in future pictures. The cutting board is used for photos only.
Arianna is practicing her indoor cat skills. She is taking a vaycay from the farm.
Zelda was puzzled by the squeaking bird.
Sylvester enjoyed chewing on the bird. He is a calm cat.
The Cat Kit is a fun, lighthearted box for cat lovers and their kitties. The artisans created delightful items that you can’t help but smile and enjoy. I love the keychain and have it sitting at my computer desk. J is going to have a blast with the seed bombs. The tote bag is adorable. The kitties love their toy and treats. The value of the box is over $40.00 which is great for a new cat box. Cat boxes tend to not have a high value to them. We think The Cat Kit is meowvelous.
