The Planner Addict Box is a monthly subscription box for planner nerds. The box is filled with planner products you can use for any type of planner. You can expect products from well-known designers such as Heidi Swapp, American Crafts, Amy Tangerine, and some Planner Addict Box exclusives. If you don’t already know, decorating your planner is a “thing.” It’s sort of a cross between journaling, scrapbooking, and of course, keeping your schedule.

There’s a little curator’s note about the box.

A polyvore-style collage of each item.

Plus details on every item in the box! The items themselves are very journal-ish or “memory planner.” The information card will help you figure out how to use them in your planner, instead of just regular papercrafting – although scrapbookers and other paper crafters will enjoy this box too.

Lily Daniel Designs Stickers (sample)

Studio Calico Seven Paper Gold Foil Stickers ($2)

These are pretty, and planner appropriate! You can use them as reminders, as part of your memory journaling, whatever you’d like. The Lily Daniel Designs stickers are made especially for planners!

Shimelle Clear Acrylic Stamps – See The World ($7.80) I love these! With the little arrows and the border and corner they will be super versatile. You just stick these right on your acrylic block and get to stamping! I hope one of these planner boxes includes some ink soon – like a small square of rose gold ink! That would be great!

Stash Tea Chai White Tea (35¢) Great to sip on during a weekly planning session!

Planner Addict Lined Sticky Notes (~$1.50) Love these, first of all because they say Planner Addict and also, because they’re a lined square perfect for jotting down ideas or to-dos and sticking right in your planner!

Dear Lizzy Serendipity Die-Cut Cardstock shapes ($5.99) Love these and I swear I went through them and no two are the same! There are 52 – one for every day of the year. Use a glue dot to stick them in and plan and decorate! And the pineapple! <3

Dear Lizzy Serendipity 6×6 Paper Pad – 5 Sheets ($1) These match the shapes above! I love that it matches!

Project Life Sweet Edition 4×4 Cards ($3.99) So pretty – and with lots of gold foil! You can use these as the information card says for journaling cards or pretty up your planner, or as pocket scrapbooking embellishments.

American Crafts Amy Tangerine Rise & Shine Washi Tape Paper ($5) I am not sure why I love washi tape paper so much but this is a really cool product! Each of those lines you see are a different piece of tape! Much easier to store than regular washi tape and you get more designs! There are multiple sheets in there.

I made sure to do a video of this one right away so you can see all the designs in the multi-design products. Just a quickie – and please forgive the nail polish all over my hands! We had a nail painting party! I calculated the value of this one at around $28. I think this is excellent – I got several full-size items and some parts of items too, which means I don’t have a whole book of extra tag paper laying around and that sort of thing. I thought this month was a little more planner-ish than last month. I like this box – pretty and fun (and not just paper).

I have been pretty disappointed in this service! I paid for 1 box back in the beginning of August. I never received the August box so I thought maybe I had signed up for the September box, and yet when I emailed to ask about it they could not find record of my “subscription” even though when I log in my profile (including VISA information) is all there!

I don’t know what to do when this sort of thing happens. I have contacted their customer support several times, but cannot get anyone to tell me if they will either refund what I paid or send me a box.

Did you find it on your credit card statement? I am assuming yes but in case the answer is no, I will say that because it’s a cratejoy box that your credit card info would populate in there even if you hadn’t subscribed (like if you didn’t press the very last button or something). I would personally do a chargeback in this situation – and let them know that’s what you plan to do before you do it – it usually lights quite a fire. I infrequently have to resort to that myself.

        Thanks Brandy!
Yes, I checked my credit card statement and the charge is there on August 10,2015. I even called the Visa card people to see if for some reason the payment was returned, but there it wasn’t. But when I contacted their customer service email they could not find me in their system at all, they responded twice asking what my issue was, but have not let me know what is going on. I would be more than happy to wait for October, I just really want the issue to be acknowledged — either let me know that you recognize that I paid (and I will be more than happy to contact Visa and get some sort of payment number so they can find the payment on their end) and that either you will eventually send the box OR refund the money. I would rather not do the charge back route because I know it can have serious consequences for businesses, but at this point with no communication, and no resolution offered, I might have to go that route…

        • Brandy

🙁 definitely let them know you will have to go that route if it isn’t resolved. If they cannot find you they need to coordinate with cratejoy if it’s some sort of software bug. Ask them do to a universal search for your last name or the first part of your email address. It may be user error on their part.

Love your reviews I had never heard of this box before reading your reviews. I decided to sub but sadly September was sold out. I can’t wait to get October! ! Everything looks great. Thanks again for the awesome review! !!

So cute. Once I go to my retreat this month I need to really sort through my supplies and see what I NEED to replenish 😉 I’m sure I will need some new goodies.
