Yogi Surprise has a new jewelry+treat subscription box. Every month you’ll get 2 handmade yoga-inspired jewelry piece and 1 superfood or organic chocolate treat. Yogi Surprise Jewelry is fairtrade , sustainably harvested, nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free, made in Bali, Indonesia, and 10% of all proceeds are given to further education for the Balinese families who handmake the jewelry pieces.
This month’s jewelry was inspired by the theme “Salute to the Sun.”
The information card explains the selections and gives the retail prices – I think the MSRPs on these pieces is greatly inflated, but if you love this style of jewelry, you’ll still be happy with this box.

Hamsa Hand Necklace with Pearl & Turquoise Stone ($75) I don’t remember the name of the seed that this necklace uses (the brown beads). The rest of the beads are turquoise and pearl, which serve as a spiritual/energy amulet. The necklace features a Hamsa hand, an ancient symbol invoking protection.
Rose Quartz Lotus Flower Bracelet ($49) The color on this one is really washed out and we had a hard time capturing it – except in the photo above (on the cloth bag). It’s really quite a pretty pink and I love the style! Rose Quartz is associated with the Heart Chakra and is a symbol of unconditional love.
I see the symbology in the gems used sort of like flowers – nice and meaningful!
Lovely Fudgee Rolls ($3) This is a great summer month solution to sending chocolate in every box! They arrived in perfect condition, and were delicious! I am hoping for a brownie in the next box!
