Graze is a weekly snack box (you can opt to get it bi-weekly too or every month) with four or eight little prepackaged fresh and healthy snacks.  You can snag your first snack box free with this link! In addition to the sharing box (big bags) and the 4- and 8-count Graze boxes, they have introduced new boxes that work with your existing snack preferences. You can add them in addition to or in place of your regular snack subscription. If you are already a subscriber you may receive an offer for a discounted box! This is the sugar count box, which sends only snacks with under 5 grams of sugar.

I was very happy to see one of the new soups in this box! Based on your preferences whether you Love/Like/Try/Trash something, Graze selects the snacks for the box with the additional parameters of the focused boxes (in this case, only items with under 5 grams sugar!).

Soy Roasted Seeds – Pepitas & sunflower seeds roasted in soy sauce. Yummy & savory.

Nature’s Essential Ingredient – Brazil, cashew, and pistachio nuts – providing selenium & manganese into your diet.

I did not know that! The NIH says:

Selenium, which is nutritionally essential for humans, is a constituent of more than two dozen selenoproteins that play critical roles in reproduction, thyroid hormone metabolism, DNA synthesis, and protection from oxidative damage and infection

Thai Tom Yum Soup – spicy tom yum soup with aromatic lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves served with zucchini, red pepper and rice noodles! Unfortunately the other two aromatic broths have seaweed and mushrooms, which makes them a no-go for me. I will mark this as a love item so I receive it more frequently!

It’s definitely hot and sour – I love the lime undertones and this was so great. The instructions say stir for 2 minutes – totally unnecessary! I wish I could buy more of these!  The veggie bits were delicious and there was a surprising amount of noodles.

olive & Rosemary bruschetta – this is one of the carbier snacks but it’s low sugar. I definitely like it and my husband and I may have had to share this snack.

Everything is fun and yummy and personalizing the items you’ll receive is up to you. Before you subscribe you can trash anything you’re not interested in in the food preferences section.

And then you can love, like, try, and trash every individual item!

You can get an individually sized box free for your first box in a Graze subscription. Canceling is easy online, no reason not to try it in my opinion!

Just a heads up about the varioius sizes of Graze boxes. Thanks to your linking my referral code for graze a while back, I ended up with a couple years worth of $1 discounts (I get a box monthly) as well as a dozen or so donations to their farming charity. I had switched to the 8-snack box since it seemed like a better deal, but found the discounts were no longer being applied. When I asked about it, I was told the discounts ohly apply to the 4-snack boxes. Just something to be aware of if you plan to do the referrals to get discounts. Personally, I think this is a poor choice on their part – it’s almost certainly more cost effective for them to send out the larger boxes, since the postage is the biggest part of the expense, and the terms are unclear on their site (the language says the credits are for snack boxes, not any one size). But it is what it is, so I’m back to the smaller boxes till I use up another 21 credits.

ohhhh I do have referral credits. I prefer the 8 box size just straight up, but if i can NOT have them lying around… I will probably end up donating some. Thank you for letting me know!! And I 100% agree that it would be cheaper for them to send out a $7 8-count box instead of 2 $4 boxes even if they’re making an extra buck.
