This piece of ephemera was cryptic. I’m not really sure what’s going on here.

The art print of the month is “Girl and Ghost” by Team Macho. The back of the print is the curator’s letter. I’m not exactly sure what’s going on here besides the creation of a Ghost via the Girl Scout’s recorder, but it’s certainly surreal.
The artist’s bio is included on the back of the print. I would have preferred a separate sheet, because this is inaccessible once you frame it, although you could use a floating frame to be able to flip it over!
I’m pretty sure everything in this art print subscription is offbeat and quirky, and that’s fine by me. It’s fun to support and discover new artists and I really like the extensive information about them – it helps situate the work a little!
