The BAM! Box June 2016 Subscription Box Review & Coupon

The BAM! Box is a monthly subscription box that brings incredible collectible items from the comic book and film world – every box includes a limited edition or exclusive item.  The June 2016 box has some really cool items from one of the greatest decades ever: the 1980s.  Everything arrived in excellent condition as items were wrapped in paper and/or wrapped in plastic.

BAM! Box packs a whole lot of awesome inside their box each month.  June 2016 is proof of this with all these sensational collectible items.  I met the founders of BAM! Box at Phoenix ComiCon 2016 and I can tell you, they love what they do and have genuine enthusiasm for what they put into each box.  Adam, the CEO, was particularly excited about this box!

Description Card.  The June 2016 BAM! Box theme is “1980s.”  Each item brings you back to an incredibly rad time.  My childhood took place in the 80s and these items brought me back and some really took me by surprise.
Back to the Future Prop Replica License Plate.  You get the chance to receive one of two items.  Either a full-size prop replica (pictured) or the bar code full-size replica license plate.

Truffle Shuffle Pin.  The Goonies is mandatory movie watching in my opinion.  Seeing Chunk have to dance to be let in the house and now immortalized not only on film, but on this pin.  There are 250 gold variant pins that lucky winners could receive.

Retro Sunglasses.  I always wanted sunglasses like these and 30 years later, they’re mine!  I’m still just as excited.

Rocky Davies Signed Print.  The art from Rocky Davies is remarkable and what’s more 80s than the Ghostbusters and more specifically, Slimer?

The care that BAM! Box gives their items is excellent.  As you can see, the print is bagged and boarded.  There was damage to the corner, I suppose from light jostling, but the print is not damaged at all.
BAM! Box has some of the best giveaways and this isn’t any different.  Kevin Eastman co-created the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and you could win an autographed TMNT2 Nintendo game by the man himself!
Ralph Macchio Karate Kid Autographed Photo.  This is another movie that I have no idea how many times I have watched.  This is such a great scene and to have the Karate Kid sign it, it’s even cooler!

Original Pencil Sketch.  This item blew me away.  It’s a hand-drawn original pencil sketch with studio markings used for one of many 1980s cartoons.  Mine came from Alvin and the Chipmunks.  There is also a certificate of authenticity from the Animation Ink Archive.
