CrateChef’s May box will be curated by Chef Blythe Beck! Blythe Beck is an acclaimed celebrity chef known for creating upscale, southern comfort food. Her resume includes a starring role in Oxygen’s “The Naughty Kitchen with Chef Blythe Beck” and appearances on Food Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay.” She has served as executive chef at Hector’s, Central 214 and Kitchen LTO. She is currently the co-owner and executive chef at Pink Magnolia, located in Oak Cliff near Dallas’ Bishop Arts District. She also hosts the “Spice of Blythe” on CW33’s News Fix and was recently highlighted in Elle Magazine.

I’m with you and Chef Beck. I keep a stick of butter on the counter at all times. It never stays there for long. It helps that I keep my house cold in summer and winter.
