Breathe Easy Essential Oil Blend ($12.99) is supposed to do what the name suggests, it supports respiration. It’s a blend of lavender 40/42, cypress, eucalyptus, marjoram, peppermint, lemon eucalyptus, and black spruce. It reminds me of natural bug repellent.
Cypress Essential Oil ($12.99) is supposed to provide calm vibes and is even supposed to help soothe grief. It kind of smells like pine and is fresh and woodsy at the same time.
Frankincense Essential Oil ($19.99) is a resin or plant wax that can be found on a certain tree species that grows in India. It’s supposed to help boost the immune system.
Ravensara Essential Oil ($18.99) I’m excited to add this to my collection since I’ve never owned it before! It’s supposed to boost immunity and support breathing. It’s described as medicinal and woody but I think it smells like licorice, fennel, or some other pungent herb.
Aromatherapy Rice Bag, Spray Bottle, and Menthol Crystals are the extras for this month. They, combined with the oils and some products from your home or kitchen, will be used to make this month’s projects as shown on the recipe cards.

Simply Earth is a great way to dive into the world of essential oils! The recipe cards are easy to follow but I also make sure to check out the Simply Earth YouTube channel to watch the items being made since I can pick up helpful tips that way. I have been so busy since the beginning of the school year that I just haven’t had time to make my home remedies yet, but there’s a winter break coming up soon so I plan on fishing up some of these projects for use in the new year. I was excited to add ravensara to my collection as it is new to me, but I also like knowing I can just place some drops of the Breathe Easy blend in my diffuser for an uplifting aromatherapy session.
