My candle was inside this reusable drawstring bag. I would say it’s grey or smoke colored and would make a nice storage bag for jewelry, or a gift bag for a friend.
Olive Roots Tangerine + Lime ($30 value) This was one of the best candles I’ve ever received from Vellabox! The candle has notes of red currant, clementine, lime, and agave and is all I want in a summer candle (or any time of year really). This is sweet with hints of berry and citrus and seems sweet, if that makes sense. It has a great cold throw and the hot throw seemed good too, I could definitely smell it while it was burning and it made movie night that much better.
Reusable Wet Storage Bag from Vellabox ($15) This zippered (plastic/nylon/polyester?) bag is meant to hold a wet swimsuit but of course wet kid/baby clothes or sweaty gym wear would probably fit too. It has a zipper closure and grey abstract pattern on white. The strap is white too and the snap comes undone so you can attach it to a bag, backpack, or tote.
I was super pleased with my July Vellabox! I thought the candle from Olive Roots was one of the best I’ve ever received – I liked the scent and the hot throw. I also liked the bonus item and plan on giving it to my daughter since she is more likely to get use out of it. On second thought, whenever I go to a hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub I always end up bringing back a wet bathing suit so I may go ahead and store it with my suitcase. I would love to receive more candles from Olive Roots in the future and would be happy to purchase from them since I liked this candle so much.

Below are some box opening pictures! I recognize a Southern California beach when I see one, and wonder if this is Newport Beach, it looks familiar to me. I peeled the picture off of the box and placed it in a picture frame on my desk to remind me of my happy place.
