You can see the full spoilers for the December 2022 Allure Beauty Box here, in case you want to know all of the possible variations.

Let’s begin with Emuaid Healing Ointment Sample ($3.25)! It’s a nice little sample that helps tame itching or inflammation. Packed with a combination of emu oil, tea tree oil, and colloidal silver, it fights off bacteria, yeast, and mold, giving your skin a calm feeling, texture, and appearance. It has a buttery-like consistency and a light scent of tea tree oil, which is not bothering and actually smells nice. The brochure it came with says it’s a versatile beauty product to use for different skin conditions, including eczema, dermatitis, cellulitis, and such. This cream has a unique emutaneous™ delivery system that delivers all the healing ingredients deep into the skin. It’s fast-acting, natural, and soothing too! Plus, it’s ideal to use for all ages.

Static Nails Reusable Pop-On Manicures ($20) are must-haves for creating festive nails this holiday season. I love the gentle pink touch with a curved white french round tip – it’s simple and nice! These press-on nails are absolutely convenient, especially when you have an important occasion coming up and you’re pressed with time. You can easily apply them in seconds, and they’re waterproof as well. Even for a long wear time, they’re non-damaging. Plus, they can be reused multiple times too! Another reason to love this nail product is they’re vegan and cruelty-free. You can also paint the nails with other colors and reshape them if you like.

For a long-lasting fragrance, here’s Rosie Jane Rosie Perfume Oil ($45), and it’s a full-sized one! This fragrance has just five ingredients, including a base of organic coconut oil. I love how warm and sexy the scent is. This perfume leans more on the feminine side and smells really great, with scent notes of nude musk and sweet rose. I’m not a fan of anything rose-scented, but I surprisingly like this one! You can wear it alone or layer it with others. I also appreciate that it’s encased in rollerball packaging, which makes it easy to target pulse points.

Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Primer ($18) incredibly hydrates the skin! It’s formulated with aloe water, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin B, that’s why it’s no surprise that the product is extra moisturizing. It also contains blue agave extract that creates an invisible layer on the skin to lock in and grip makeup for up to 12 hours, plus hemp-derived cannabis seed extracts that smoothen skin. The primer has a gel-like consistency that gets easily absorbed, leaving the skin with a dewy finish and glow. It hydrates and holds, which is really amazing! Ideal for all skin types, the formula is clean, vegan, natural, and cruelty-free. No parabens, silicones, and fragrances either.

Dr. PawPaw Overnight Lip Mask ($10.99) gives you the ultimate lip treatment, so we can say goodbye to chapped lips and embrace a moisturized pout all winter long. With natural oils and waxes like sunflower seed oil, candelilla plant wax, and olive fruit oil, it provides the moisture your lips are looking for. Aside from its hydrating benefits, it smoothens the lips’ texture too. I’m glad that it’s packed in a convenient tube, making it super easy to use than dipping your fingers into a tub. It can also be used for dry patches elsewhere for quick relief. It’s so nourishing and soothing, which is super great for these chilly months when our skin tends to get parched. I guess I’ll be using this a lot. I like that it’s vegan-friendly too!

A good food for the skin, Mario Badescu Vitamin C Serum ($6.21) helps fade hyperpigmentation, resulting in overall skin radiance. Aside from vitamin C, the formula includes a combination of collagen and sodium hyaluronate that moisturizes the skin while helping diminish fine lines and reduce signs of aging. This beauty serum also delivers antioxidant defense to protect the skin from free radical damage. Continued use promises to brighten and improve skin tone, leaving the skin smooth and soft with a youthful-looking and glowing complexion. It has no scent and it’s fast absorbing as well!

Here’s Laboratories Klorane Dry Shampoo ($20) to cap off the box, and it’s the biggest of all the products – it’s full-size! Formulated with plant-based ingredients like organically harvested oat milk and corn & rice starch, it soothes and protects the hair and scalp while cleansing it. With a unique blend of nettle extract, it gets rid of dirt, oil, and odor and instantly adds volume and texture. This dry shampoo doesn’t weigh the hair down and leaves no white cast but a great fresh scent. Although specially formulated for dark hair, it works great on other hair types too! It just had a light tint when sprayed, but it’s good. Just shake and spray, then give your hair a good tousle and brush for a clean feeling without the gunk!

It’s another well-curated box from Allure Beauty Box! This month’s beauty collection included products that provide moisture and hydration. There’s a primer, lip mask, and serum, along with dry shampoo and pop-on manicures. I surprisingly liked the perfume oil and the smell grew on me. The box also included a sample of Emuaid healing ointment for soothing dry skin. Most of the products are vegan and cruelty-free, and there were several full-sized products too. With a box value of $123.45, I’ve got the best deal on beauty must-haves for winter!
