    The July 2022 is the worst Allure box I have ever received. The lip color is red-brown , however when it dries, it is dark brown.The other items are not anything I would use except the face cream. It appears that the box was thrown together without any perspective on what most adult women would find useful. I have liked all the previous boxes and looked forward to a surprise each month. The July box was a bad surprise. I don’t know which products are the 3 full size? I still cannot believe Allure would send that lip color. I’m a brunette and can wear just about any color but the one you sent is just an awful brown shade. The nail kit should be for kids, the body cream looks like samples and the same with the face wash. Sorry to be so negative but this box is a true waste of money.

    Allure charged my PayPal this month, though they issued a statement at the beginning of last month stating they were no longer accepting it. I sent an email requesting a refund and they refused, and didn’t even acknowledge the PayPal issue, and sent me last months box with $8.50 postage due. I’m grossed out, and filing a PayPal dispute. Shame on you Allure.

    I actually thought I had cancelled. I completely understand chain supply issues but unfortunately I should have remembered to pause for July. Definitely pausing for August as that money would have been better spent on gas. No response required Allure. I get what you are up against and wish you the best.

    I canceled for good. I have enough eye cream, cleansers, moisturizers, and more for the next two years. I’ll run out of serum in about a year.

    If the boxes were really good I might still stick around for $23 a month but they’re not. Also, on another Beauty Box forum they said that you won’t know what box you’re getting until it’s too late to cancel. So it’s mystery boxes from now on.

        Thank you Allure for the copy and paste comment. I see the same one on all the forums and websites. You guys are hard at work on all the websites and forums trying to keep your business but I see it nose diving. If the only day to see what you’re getting for the next month is the only day to pause a 48-hour response will be too late. If everyone remembers that exact day to pause or cancel without assistance from Allure then they will be able to cancel. But a lot of people won’t remember because it’s one day.
