This is NOT a Dragon Party by Mike Flaherty ($16.95) This picture book includes illustrations of mythical creatures like fire-breathing dragons and ogres! The story is about how the birthday girl brought back her newfound friends after chasing them away. Parents can read this aloud while the young ones enjoy the vibrant drawings!

The Grumpy Guest by Peter Bently ($14.95) It’s another picture book, and this time it’s about monsters on a different planet! With funny, made-up monster names, kids will find the story enjoyable and exciting to read. Also, while reading the story, young readers can practice phonics with non-words and improve their skills!

Around The World In Numbers by Clive Gifford ($1.48) The last book from this box is about venturing around the world in numbers! The book is full of facts, trivia, and fun illustrations of animals, places, and numbers you can find across the globe. It’s a great book to give to kids who are naturally curious about the things that revolve around them. It’s a kind of encyclopedia but for young learners.

Books are a great way to ignite a child’s imagination! This month’s picks from Owl Post were all fun to read aloud, and my kids enjoyed them as bedtime stories Their favorite, of course, is the one with the birthday party and dragons. They thought it was hilarious and they also pondered what would happen if they had the same guests for their birthdays. Also, there is a craft included in the box. The reindeer turned out to look so cute, and my daughter decided to hang it on our Christmas tree! You can also create a mini home library with three books in each box. This subscription helps nurture kids’ love for reading, so it’s worth a try!

Every shipment includes an envelope containing the bonus item for the month. And this time, it is sealed with a snowflake sticker!
