I bought this box during the preorder time and was so excited. I still don’t have it. Messaged customer service and apparently it was delayed and their message said isn’t just as fun to double up on the surprises each day. I thought it was a bit flippant considering they never messaged about the delay. It finally shipped yesterday (on the first….the day I should have been opening it) but it’s saying it still won’t be here for another week. Disappointed for a high end advent calendar to be almost 8-10 days into December when I preordered it to begin with….makes me not want to start a subscription with them. And there was no real apology or anything being done for it being delayed 🙁
