Confetti Grace September/October 2021 project was all about making a Fall Market Tray! A beginner-friendly craft, it’s a fun way to spend one’s free time and unleash creativity. The finished products can easily add fall vibes to the home or be gifted to someone who appreciates handmade fall decor as much as you do.

The items were packed with squiggles and wrapped in brown paper. There’s also a guide in making the crafts, which includes photos so you can hardly go wrong. Most of the materials were provided and all we needed from home are a Phillips screwdriver, ruler, pencil, 1/4 cup of water, and newspapers or other things to protect our painting surface.

There are a few ways to customize your own fall-themed tray. You can either leave it with its natural look or paint it. Another option is to mix the off white and the brown paint for a washed look. If you decide to paint it, wait for the tray to dry before proceeding to the next step which is attaching the Fall Market paper to the tray using mod podge. The last step is to add the handles and then it’s ready for display or for gifting.

If you decide to gift your creation, the box also includes materials for making a card. It’s a great way to add a personal touch to the gift. To match the tray, it’s also fall-themed!

They provided the glue stick, so all I had to do was to add the pumpkin cutouts to the card, along with some greens and flowers. The orange plaid washi tape was the perfect finishing touch and now, it’s ready to be sent to a loved one.

I can’t believe just how easy it was to make the fall trays. It only took a bit of time because I had to wait for the paint and the mod podge to dry out, but I’m so happy that everything turned out looking really great. I also love how the trays can be used in a lot of ways, from serving fall snacks to holding fall-themed knick-knacks. Confetti Grace always sends fun and easy craft projects along with clear instructions. Most of the materials are already included in the box and there are only a few things you will need from home. This box is great for crafting beginners and for anyone who is looking for a new hobby!
