We have the latest Alltrue Fall 2021 shipping update – boxes are expected to ship out between now to mid November! And if you have pending Fall 2021 Add-On Market orders, you should expect them to be shipped out by the end of October.

Hi there!

We are reaching out to both thank you for your ongoing support and to offer an update on your Fall Box shipping timeline. Our team is grateful that you’ve chosen to make purposeful decisions with your membership and consumer behaviors, and we stand committed to delivering you the best ethical and impactful items from around the world.

Boxes are actively shipping, but we wanted to provide a more specific update on the status of your shipment. As you may have seen in recent media reports, delays within our local supply chain networks have reached an all-time-high over the past few months. We’ve been working through and monitoring the situation relentlessly, and we’re making every effort to adjust and improve our forecasts to this new reality. In the meantime, our goal is to provide our members affected by these disruptions with as much clarity as possible concerning their orders.

We currently expect your Fall Box order to ship out between now and mid-November. We encourage you to regularly check the “Live Warehouse Updates” feed found on your account page at alltrue.com for additional real-time updates as well. In case you also have a pending Fall Add-On Market order, we recently updated this feed to note that we expect remaining Fall Add-On Market orders to ship out by the end of October.

Going forward, our hope is that the global logistics crisis is on a path toward improvement. The federal government is now providing aid and support to local ports (ours and others), and we’re simultaneously implementing changes based on learnings over the past challenging periods.

It can’t be overstated the sense of gratitude felt by the entire Alltrue team for your patience and understanding in the face of these delays.     I’ve had a terrible experience with All True, and deeply regret signing up for this subscription box. I wouldn’t wish All True on my worst enemy.
