Ipsy is a monthly beauty subscription. You get five makeup, beauty, skincare, and hair care items in a cute bag for $12 a month! It’s the most popular subscription box and a great way to sample new colors and beauty brands that you may have never heard of, as well as some of the bigger names. Ipsy also offers a Glam Bag Plus for $25 a month.

IPSY was founded on a singular mission: to inspire individuals around the world to express their unique beauty. Everything we do is to support you on your journey to self-discovery, so you’ll feel confident letting your unique beauty shine every day.

The theme for March is Stronger Together!

The back of the card tells us more about adding additional products in the Glam Bag!

Here, Ipsy listed 5 products inside my bag, along with a brief description for each of them. It also lists the MSRP for the full sized product.

Ipsy Glam Bag. The pouch this month is gorgeous! It features an illustration of women in all shapes and colors. I think this is a wonderful representation of this month’s theme.

The back is plain but it has the white IPSY branding at the bottom center.

The inside is lined with red fabric and there is also an IPSY tag in there but what caught my attention is the message:

Confidence comes from within.

Here’s a sneak peek of the items!

Everything in my bag! FYI you can find tips for use and ingredients on the Ipsy app and website.

Shaina B. Miami Blush in Bellini. I received the compact blusher in Belini, a soft peach shade!

I like this shade because it looks flattering on just about any skin tone! It also gives off that fresh look once you have it on.

Another thing to like about the blush is its soft and buttery texture. It’s easy to blend and the pigment is buildable as well!

KVD Vegan Beauty Lock-It Setting Powder in Translucent ($5.57) This translucent powder is a must-have for make up enthusiasts. It’s the perfect finishing touch as it helps keep the makeup in place without making it shiny or greasy.

The formula is so lightweight and the texture is super fine! I like using this whenever I would need to do my full face and it needs to last longer because the product helps keep make-up intact and helps give it a locked-in finish. This is also great to use with you bare face as a little dusting of this powder here and there can take away excess oil and shine to keep you looking fresh all day!

OUAI Leave In Conditioner ($6.72) This conditioner is formulated to help detangle the hair while keeping the strands hydrated and fizz free! Formulated with hydrolyzed protein, it helps reduce the hair’s porosity and strengthen it from within to keep it looking healthier and shinier all while reducing breakage and eliminating tangles. The scent is also great and I find that it lingers in my hair even after a long time.

Seraphine Botanicals Berry + Juice 100% Vegan Lip Gel in Rose Currant ($19) Made with a botanically enriched formula, this lip gloss helps keep my lips soft, smooth, and hydrated and also leaves a beautiful, shiny finish! I received it in Rose Currant, which is a beautiful mauve shade ideal for everyday wear. It’s not too sticky or heavy, so my lips feel comfortable when wearing it all day long.

Hanalei Company Kukui Lip Balm in Tropical Citrus ($6) Here’s another item for the lips, a lip balm made with Hawaii kukui nut oil which restores hydration and soothes the skin. I received it in Tropical Citrus, which is very fruity and zesty! It also glides smoothly on my lips.

This month’s IPSY Glam Bag is filled with beauty items that are up my alley. There are 2 lip products, a setting powder, a blush, and a hair conditioner. My favorite is the lip gloss because of its excellent formula and pretty shade. I also like the leave-in conditioner because it tames my hair and keeps it smooth and frizz free, as well as the translucent powder which I can use with or without makeup. The other items are also usable and they all came in a cute bag that perfectly represents this month’s theme. Even excluding the price of the blush, the overall retail value is already $37, higher than the price paid for the subscription!
