It’s a rich, smooth, and creamy chocolate pudding that you can easily prepare at home. All you need to do is to beat 1 packet into 2 cups of milk using a hand-held or electric beater for 2 minutes. You can also use a milk substitute like almond, soy, or coconut milk. If you want a warm pudding, you can also heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds before eating!
Kiss My Keto Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Seeds & Sea Salt. This keto chocolate bar offers a unique blend of dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds, and sea salt. Instead of sugar, they used erythritol which is a sugar substitute without calories.

Lamar Pecan Farm Front Porch Pecans Sea Salt All Natural Roasted Pecans. It’s a pack full of all-natural roasted pecans with sea salt. Each bite is crisp and flavorful, making it ideal as a salad topper or even as an alternative to chips for movie nights!
Kitu Super Coffee Sweet & Creamy Mocha ($3.50) This drink offers all the benefits of coffee without the crash! It doesn’t contain sugar and other unhealthy ingredients and instead, they used monk fruit extract to keep it delicious. It also contains whey protein and MCT oil.
It’s always fun trying new keto snacks from KetoKrate! This month’s box featured a lot of snack puffs and they were all great. Some puffs were sweet, while the others were savory! I also appreciate the inclusion of ketogenic chocolates that fulfill my sweet tooth cravings minus the guilt afterward. There’s also an instant coffee drink for coffee lovers, which doesn’t cause energy crash unlike regular coffee. It’s another jampacked box and I’m really happy to discover new keto treats to enjoy!
