As you open the box, you will find feel-good messages from The Detox Box. The items were wrapped in white tissue paper and sealed with a sticker.

Botanical A Facial Cleanser ($39) It’s a pH-optimized facial cleanser, which means removes dirt and impurities while maintaining the skin’s natural acidity. The formula is also packed with AHA and BHA that smoothens the skin and gives it a luminous complexion, all while diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The formula is so lightweight!
To use, get a nickel-sized amount from the pump bottle and then massage onto damp skin, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. This foaming gel cleanser does a great job of cleaning my face. I instantly feel refreshed after washing my face and I love how it doesn’t leave my skin feeling like it was stripped off of its natural oils.
Botanical B Enzyme Cleansing Oil ($42) Here’s another cleansing product, an oil that deeply cleanses the skin and lifts make-up easily without leaving the skin dry. It works great for all skin types and it smells amazing as well! It makes a great partner with the foaming gel cleanser, if you’re a fan of double cleansing.
The oil cleanser also contains Botanical B-complex that provides the non-stripping cleansing action which gives that skin a smooth and silky finish! To use, get 1-2 pumps, warm it between hands, and apply to dry face. Afterward, add warm water and massage until it turns to a milk-like texture, and then rinse fully.
Botanical C Facial Serum ($75) I love how moisturizing this serum is! Formulated with Vitamin C Ester, it boosts the skin’s radiance and keeps it healthy and hydrated! It’s also non-phototoxic so unlike other serums, it’s safe to use even during daytime!
A little amount of this serum goes a long way. It’s recommended to be applied on damp face and neck for best results. The serum gets easily absorbed by my skin and that’s a big plus! It doesn’t feel sticky either!
This is truly a great subscription box for green beauty enthusiasts! Not only do we get to discover new and amazing items but we also get to test them out for a fraction of the price. This month, they introduced us to an artisanal skincare brand and I’m pretty happy with everything I received! There’s a gel cleanser and an oil cleanser, a great combo for double cleansing. The serum is also nice to use after cleansing, as it’s lightweight and provides intense hydration. The total retail value of the curation is $156, which is way more than the price of the box! It’s impressive, as always!
