Everything in my box!

Kenko Spiralized Vegetable Bowl with Tofu & Shiitake.

Light and refreshing, this warm Asian bowl combines spiralized zucchini and a medley of vegetables. Top it with our Japanese soy dressing for a bold flavor.

The back of the label has instructions for heating the meal. For this one, you have to set aside the sauce first and then microwave for 1.5 to 2.5 minutes. It is also recommended to drain excess water released from the zucchini noodles before adding the sauce. If you don’t have a microwave, you can also heat this on a stovetop.

This meal is loaded with vitamins and nutrients that can help boost one’s immune system.

It has antioxidant-rich zucchini, fiber-rich cauliflower, vitamin K and C-rich broccoli, and beta-carotene-rich carrots.

It even has tofu, a meat substitute, which makes a great source of protein.

With all of these ingredients in one meal, there’s no doubt it’s filling. The sauce is also exceptional, it added the zing I was looking for. The veggies had a nice crunch as well.

Vegetable Tikka Masala with Brown Basmati Rice.

Our Sprinly Tikka Masala is filled with a medley of vegetables including cauliflower, zucchini, and peas. Made creamy with coconut milk and served with a side of brown basmati rice, this curry will be your sidekick in taking on the day!

For this one, we have to add the cauliflower to the curry, and it’s recommended to stir the curry halfway through microwaving.

As for the rice, just microwave it for 1-2 minutes and it’s good to go. It can be heated on a stove top as well.

This Southern Asian dish is bursting with flavors! I just love the curry, and eating it with rice and cauliflower is just pure heaven.

This serving is also enough to make you feel full for lunch and keep you energized. It contains peas, known to be low in fat but high in protein, fiber, and micronutrients.

Look at that mouthwatering curry! Also, you can never go wrong with rice if you really need something to fill up your stomach easily!

Coconut Kale and Quinoa Antioxidant Salad with Hemp Seeds and Apple Balsamic.

This kale salad is tossed with quinoa in a refreshing balsamic apple vinaigrette and dressed with broccoli, coconut flakes, and microgreens. Garnished with a mix of sunflower and hemp seeds for an extra antioxidant boost.

This one is pretty easy to prepare! Just sprinkle the coconut flakes, hemp hearts, and sunflower seeds over the salad, then drizzle the dressing to your liking.

I love salads and this is one of the best salads I’ve tasted from meal subscriptions. It has kale, which has a higher amount of vitamin C than an orange.

There are also some apple slices, broccoli, carrots, and cherry tomato. This salad is seriously star-studded!

Of course, the real star of the show is the vinaigrette. It’s light and refreshing, definitely way better than the store-bought ones.

Fajita Bowl with Our Sprinly Lentil Walnut Crumble.

This Mexican fajita bowl is served with our Sprinly high-protein lentil walnut crumble along with black beans and roasted vegetables that sit over top a bed of Spanish Rice. Pir on our roasted red pepper sarsa, squeeze some time and enjoy.

For this, you just have to microwave the fajita bowl for 1.5 to 2.5 minutes then add sauce and lime. You can also heat the fajita bowl in a stovetop.

Here’s a Tex-Mex meal without a fuss, and it’s plant-based at that! I certainly loved this fajita bowl, it was spiced just right and it filled up my stomach without me feeling guilty.

This meal contains lentils, which are known to help in producing red blood cells and prevent anemia because they’re rich in folate.

If you’re looking for a vegan version of your favorite fajitas (which doesn’t sacrifice the authentic taste, of course), this is it!

Pesto Pasta with Sun-dried Tomato Cakes.

Take a trip to Sprily’s Italian Kitchen with our delectable, creamy sunflower seed pesto sauce served with gluten-free brown rice spaghetti, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and our flavorful sundried tomato & garbanzo bean cakes. Hearty, fresh, flavorful, and satisfying are just a few words that come to mind while savoring this dish with every bite.

Here’s another easy-to-heat meal! Just put the pasta in the microwave for 1.5 to 2.5 minutes, then add the sauce, tomatoes, and spinach. You can also opt to eat the cakes in the toaster for 7 minutes. If you don’t have a toaster, heating it in a small sauce pot will do.

I’m loving my diverse selection of food! This time, we’re savoring Italian pasta with healthy ingredients such as spinach and tomatoes. Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, and vitamin C, while tomatoes are rich in lycopene.

There are two pieces of cakes in this meal. The pasta is at the bottom so you have to set aside the veggies first before heating it.

The pesto sauce was rich and nutty. I also loved that the pasta itself is gluten-free.

The pasta was perfect with the sun-dried tomato cakes. Such a hearty meal! It also goes well with a glass of white wine!

8-Spice Cashew Vegetable Soup with a Citrus Detox Salad.

The unique tomato-based vegetable soup is flavored with a creamy cashew blend and 8 different spices. Served with a side of our citrus salad!

It’s a soup and salad meal! You just have to heat up the soup, then toss all the salad ingredients and you’re done. The soup can also be heated on a stove top.

The soup is made tastier by cashews, which is healthier compared to other nuts as it’s cholesterol-free. It’s also packed with copper and magnesium that supports bone health. The salad is composed of green leaf lettuce, red leaf lettuce, baby spinach, radish, carrot, and pumpkin seed. The dressing is citrusy and I like it!

Sprinly makes healthy eating more exciting! I’m loving their varied meal offerings and the ones I chose for this box didn’t disappoint. The salads arrived fresh and crunchy, and even their dressings were impressive and restaurant quality. The soups and pasta were also easy to re-heat. I appreciate that everything I need to know about the meal is already printed on the cardboard sleeve, like the ingredient list and the re-heating instructions both for microwave and stove top. This box is not just for vegans but also for those who are currently trying to eat healthier food! I can’t wait to try more plant-based meals from their selection!
