This month’s items were pack in a cute light purple box.

This is the third box in a series with Koko, a personal trainer with a passion for the outdoors and bootcamps. This month’s box is themed about eating scrumptiously and includes an upper body workout to get that bod summer-ready.

The information card only includes information about the main two items in this box: Hypr Swearshirt and One Protein Bar.

Every month they included a workout guide. This month is an upper body strengthener.

Koko reminds us that consistency is very important when it comes to achieve your health and your fitness goals.

This month’s workouts require minimal equipment so you can do everything with only a set of dumbbells and the desire to push on.

For those who would try to follow her workouts but are not quite sure about the techniques, you can follow her #workoutwithkoko to have a step-by-step of each exercise.

So here’s how the workouts look like. The guide gives us four workouts so you won’t get bored!

Everything in the box.

HYPR Sweatshirt. The main item this month is an oversize burgundy sweatshirt.

It has white and grey lines on the arms that have seams, so it’s not smooth through the sleeves. Although it is not short, I wish it would have been a bit longer for a full oversize feel.

It is really soft and it was great to keep me warm after a workout.

The back has the HYPR logo, but it’s subtle.

ONE Plant Protein Bar Chocolate Peanut Butter. Each bar contains 12g of a blend of pea, rice, almond protein and defatted peanut flour. It’s gluten-free, non-gmo, and vegan. It’s sweetened with Maltitol and Monk Fruit Extract. It also has 8g of fiber.

ONE Protein Bar Seasonal Flavor Iced Gingerbread. Each bar contains 20g of protein for only 1g of sugar. ONE Protein Bars are some of my favorite protein bar for when I’m on the go and I have to wait a couple of hour before having a meal. I find the texture ok, and the flavor is usually fine, not too sweet tasting. I also love that they are not sweetened with Stevia.

Eat Me Guilt Free Brownie Chocolate. Each brownie has 22g of protein from whey isolate and egg whites and has 160 calories. They can be eaten as is, or added to ice cream for a sweet treat.

FlapJacked Soft Baked Cookie Bar – Chocolate Peanut Butter. On top of 10g of proteins, coming from a blend of pea and whey proteins, this cookie bar contains prebiotics and probiotics. It’s sweetened with dates and stevia.

This wasn’t my favorite Miss Muscle box so far. I really like the sweater as it’s warm and ideal to wear after a workout, or while warming up, but I was a bit disappointed ton only receive sweet protein bars with it. I wish we would have gotten something salty, or a drink mix, to make it a bit more exciting. I really like the monthly workout included in the box to switch up my own routine when I feel like trying something new and be sore the next couple of days!
