Tennis Trunk is a monthly subscription box that sends tennis balls and other essentials for the tennis enthusiast. Developed by tennis players for tennis players, this box equips you with all of the gear you’ll need to skip last-minute store runs and head out to the courts instead!
This is the review of the men’s Tennis Trunk box.
DEAL: You can use code HELLOSUB to get free shipping on your first month!
Tennis Trunk was created by and for tennis players, and it really shows. Each month, they include a number of different “I never knew it existed, but now that I do, I can’t live without it” products. While every box has fresh balls, the unstated theme shifts each month — sometimes you get upgrades for your racket, like hi-tech strings or grips, other times you may get training aids or other gear.
One side of the box says “Game. Set. Match.”
All the items are packed separately and neatly inside the box!
Inside the box is an info sheet that provides helpful information about each item included.
It has the actual picture of all the items and a detailed information for each.
Everything in my box!
Gamma – Elite Wristbands ($4.99) The wristbands are soft and highly absorbent, helping you play with the comfort that you need. They have a 2-ply thickness and they’re also knitted. Each wristband features the brand logo.
These wristbands are made of 80% cotton, 15% nylon, and 5% elastic. What’s great is that they fit most wrist sizes!
Hot Hands – Hand Warmers ($3.66) Here are two packs of single-use air-activated hand warmers that provide up to 10 hours of heat. The warmers take 10-20 minutes to reach their optimal temperature and are made from all-natural products like iron, water, salt, activated charcoal, and vermiculite. They are safe and ready-to-use.
RIP Van – Stroop Waffles ($1.67) The box even included delicious stroopwafels that one can bring during training or practice! They came in 2 variants: snickerdoodle and Dutch caramel with vanilla!
I can definitely enjoy these snacks without the guilt as they only contain 3g of sugar, which is 5 times less sugar than a cookie with 50% less net carbs and 6 times the fiber! That’s amazing!
Gamma – RZR Tac Overgrip ($8.23) To help secure our grip on every shot, they sent us this high tack overgrip that also wicks moisture from the hands.
The back of the packaging shows a how-to-use illustration of the tacs.
I got 3 rolls, all in pure white.
The tac is coated with Tac PU that is responsible for wicking the moisture from the hands and secures the grip while playing. Also, it has a non-woven base that will give you control on every shot.
Wilson – US Open Tennis Balls ($3.39-$25.06) This box wouldn’t be complete without a canister of high-quality tennis balls that are made with Tex/Tech felt!
The balls are ideal for longer play on hard court surfaces. Wilson has been the official ball of the US open since 1978 so you’ll know that this is really an amazing set of balls that will last longer.
Tourna – Restore Tennis Ball Pressurizer ($15.45) Aside from high-quality balls, we also got a tennis ball pressurizer that will keep the balls at their original pressure of 14psi.
The canister screws together, while it also surrounds the ball, and it can hold up to 3 tennis balls inside.
It includes an illustration that explains how the canister works, and how it keeps the ball in their perfect shape.
Here’s how it looks when unscrewed. If you screw it tightly, it will definitely hold the ball in shape.
Tennis Trunk really understands the needs of tennis players and enthusiasts! They provide high-quality tennis gear, which are useful whether for beginners, professionals, or even those who just love to play. We’re happy to get another box after such a long time! The overgrip works perfectly with any racket, and the quality of the tennis balls are quite impressive. They even included a pressurizer for the balls! All in all, this is such an awesome box and everything is useful if you’re into the sport!
