Graze is a weekly snack box (you can opt to get it bi-weekly, too, or every month) with 8 individual servings of prepackaged fresh and healthy snacks. With over 100 snacks available, you can rate the snacks you receive online to help customize your box.

DEAL: You can get an individually sized (4 count) box free for your first box in a Graze subscription ($1 shipping). After you get your free box, pick up more free and almost free subscription boxes here!

Previously, Graze had 8-11 different varieties of snack boxes. Those have been compressed into 3 varieties, letting you focus on protein-rich or lighter choices, or you can get a variety. I liked being able to subscribe to that many particularly treat types, and I kinda miss the old system. You can still filter their online shop by all the categories, though.

We got a Variety Box!

There’s an extra carton packaging to keep the snacks in place.

The other side of the info sheet has the nutrition stats for each of our selections. There’s lots of healthy ingredients and no weird stuff. The expiration dates for the snacks are printed on this sheet, too. Many of the snacks have relatively short expiration dates – these aren’t for stockpiling!

Every box has a little cover sheet with coupons to share and a short article on Graze innovations.

Everything is packed in neatly, and all the snacks are perfectly portable. Our family splits them up for emergency breakfasts, special snacks, and desk snacks, depending on the family member!

Not Too Spicy Veggie Protein. Its name says it all. This vegetable snack mix only has a mild kick, and it’s made with healthy ingredients such as wild rice sticks, carrot sticks, chili corn, and roasted black soybean. It’s packed with protein and fiber, and it’s vegan-friendly as well!

Smokin’ Protein Kick. Smokey and zesty, this snack mix is composed of chili lemon broad beans, almonds, hickory smoked almonds, and soy roasted pumpkin seeds. The flavors and textures meld well, plus it’s high in phosphorus, magnesium, copper, manganese, and other minerals that support your immune system.

Both of these snacks are only mildly spicy, but they don’t lack in terms of texture and flavors. They make a great alternative to the usual chips when you’re craving for something flavorful.

Triple Berry Smoothie. It’s like a deconstructed version of a breakfast smoothie, composed of mini strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, and banana slices. We had these straight out of the packaging, but they also make great toppings for oatmeal or yogurt. This snack mix is rich in fiber and vitamin C.

Snickerdoodle Dip With Cinnamon Pretzel Sticks. As always, these cinnamon pretzel sticks are a hit with my kids. They love the snickerdoodle dip as well, which is creamy, not overwhelmingly sweet, and definitely satisfying. Everything’s made with natural ingredients, and it’s suitable even for vegans.

Sweet tooth cravings are inevitable, and it’s a good thing we have these snacks that fulfill our cravings minus the guilt!

Raspberry & Coconut Muffin. Chewy raspberry-infused cranberries and flaky coconuts are the best! This is one of the best fruity mixes from Graze, filling and satisfying with just the right amount of sweetness. It also contains amaretti drops and almond slivers, adding texture to the delectable snack.

Peach Cobbler. Here’s another fruity mix, which combines yogurt-coated sunflower seeds, amaretti drops, peach fruit drops, and almond slivers in one pack. It’s sweet and comforting, plus it’s packed with vitamin E. It definitely tastes similar to a cobbler.

Who said fruity snacks are boring? They never are! Fruity mixes from Graze taste great. I love how they come up with deconstructed versions of bread and desserts as well. So innovative!

Cinnamon Oat Squares. These flapjacks are jam-packed with tasty ingredients such as rolled oats, soy protein crispies, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, milled chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds. They’re a great source of protein, manganese, and fiber. The sweetness of honey and the warm spice of cinnamon make them even more irresistible.

Berry Oat Squares. Here’s another flapjack variant, and this time it contains mixed berry infused dried cranberries, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. These squares are moist and have a nice crunch. They’re packed with fiber, vitamin A, and manganese as well.

We love flapjacks and we also appreciate the delicious twists they put on the classic snack. They are energizing, so they are great as breakfast snacks or as an afternoon pick-me-up!

Graze Variety Box lives up to its name, with its monthly offering of snacks with different flavors and textures to fulfill various cravings. All in a healthy way, of course. They proved and continue to prove that healthy snacks need not be boring. They always come up with innovative snacks, including deconstructed versions of classic desserts. Everything is pre-portioned as well, so all you have to do is grab one and go. If you love healthy snacks like us, this subscription is a must-try!
