This page lists all the contents for this month’s box.

This month’s featured brand is Marrakesh By Earthly Body!

There’s an article that shares 5 reasons to put yourself first

Bored of drinking hot chocolate? Why not try it chilled? This recipe will help us concoct our own.

Everything in my box!

Nibmor Drinking Chocolate ($1.50) This decadent drinking chocolate is made with simple, quality ingredients and no artificial sweeteners. It’s smooth, tasty and chocolatey without tasting bitter! The blend of organic coconut palm and organic cane sugar delivers just enough sweetness to satisfy the taste goblet. Hot or chilled, it sure is my new happiness in a cup!

Our next item is neatly tucked in this cute, reusable and recyclable drawstring pouch.

Bombay & Cedar Lavandin Essential Oil ($16) Aside from its capacity to help combat depression, this Lavandin oil also has antiseptic properties that may help prevent infections from lacerations. It may also speed up the healing of cuts and relieve the pain and inflammation. However, it shouldn’t be used to treat burns.

Lavandin or Lavandula Hybrida Grosso, when undiluted, has more of a strong medicinal scent because of the camphor compared to lavender which is floral, sweet and more delicate. Stated in the info card are its other traditionally known properties and noteworthy precautions.

Bombay & Cedar Bergamot Essential Oil ($19) Bergamot is exclusively grown in Italy. It is a citrus fruit similar to orange, but not edible. It omits a delightfully fruity and floral scent that can be used as aromatherapy to reduce anxiety during radiation treatment or on a typical, stressful day.

Diffusing it helps when stress levels or tension is high. Aside from the calming aroma, it also helps purify skin when you applying it during shower. However, when you apply it topically, exposure to sun must be avoided, according to the instruction in the info card.

Marrakesh Kahm Hair Treatment ($21) I’ve used several products to tame frizz, but nothing touched it better than this hair treatment! The smoothening blend of vegetable keratin protein, argan oil, and hemp seed oil significantly improve internal strength and locks in smoothness without the damaging chemicals. It’s non-greasy and smells amazing. Most importantly, it doesn’t weigh hair down!

Kaneli Facial Beauty Drops ($39) Avocado, rosehip, jojoba, and hemp seed oils are nourishing ingredients used to create this amazing facial oil that helps brighten, moisturize, and firm skin. I love how the formula just sinks right into my skin quickly! Other ingredients include vitamin E, vitamin C, and squalane.

Viski Copper Mug ($29.99) Any connoisseur will know that a drinking vessel cast fully in copper makes a tangible difference in taste, just like this mug.

Constructed of stainless steel with a copper plated exterior, this modern mule mug can hold up to 16 oz of beverage.

The brand logo is uniquely etched at the base of this gleaming solid copper mug.

The smooth rectangular handle gives a geometric interest. You can hang it by the handle on your bar shelf or kitchen countertops. Its brilliant blazing color is purely a fringe benefit!

It also features a nickel-plated interior that increases the strength and durability of the copper mug. As it will be put in contact with acidic liquids such as cocktail, the use of high-grade nickel-plated interior is necessary to avoid any experience of copper leaching. In short, it is to make sure that our health is fully protected!

Minute Mixology Moscow Mule Packets ($6.99) To go all out on our copper mug experience, they gave us something to pair it up with. These top of the line cocktail mixers offered in single serve packets!

Minute Mixology recipes are all natural, non-GMO, gluten-free and made with real ingredients. One box contains 8 stick packets which make 8 drinks or single serve cocktail mixer. It’s professionally crafted with a recipe of all natural lime, ginger and ginger beer flavors. Now we can party anytime, anywhere! You just add vodka, water, and ice, and you have a ready made Moscow Mule. WINNING!

May Style Semi Precious Gemstone Necklace ($19) This month’s featured necklace is created by Elly Preston Jewelry. They combine skilled craftsmanship with artistic flair to create modern and sophisticated jewelry.

The sophisticated design of this layered necklace accentuates and flatters my neckline. It sure does complement any outfit as well.

I love how the tassel pendant with the semi-precious gem makes this necklace even longer!

Eat, Drink, and Be Gorgeous by Esther Blum ($22.95 on card, $12.59 on Amazon) Yes, you can eat and drink what you love and still look and feel gorgeous, according to Esther Blum. She’s a registered dietician, certified nutrition specialist and the author of this month’s featured book.

Why struggle choosing between eating delicious food and keeping a fantastic figure when you can have both?

This book is also written for women who suffer from out-of-control hormones, but still want to enjoy a good life.

It’s also about knowing the right choices: It answers the questions which cocktails cause the least damage? Is Merlot better than a Margarita? And tackles more about drinks and their effects.

In this book, Esther also includes a troubleshooting section on treating specific ailments, delicious recipes and fast fixes. She made it possible to have that piece of cake and eat it too!

Of course, a good dietician would always remind us that eating right is not the only solution. We have to sweat it out too! This corner of the book talks about challenging yourself and level up on your work out routine. These tips will truly help us to stay as fit as a fiddle!

KITSCH Microfiber Hair Wrap ($23) This hair wrap saved me from the hassle of using a big towel to hold my hair up after taking a shower.

This luxuriously soft microfiber hair wrap is gentle to the skin and hair. It’s also made friction-free for shorter drying time, to help tame hair frizz and reduce hair breakage.

I totally dig the tropical palm print and how the stretch elastic trim that accommodates all hair lengths!

I like how Bombay & Cedar leads me to a healthy and stress-free lifestyle! All of these aromatherapy, beauty, wellness and lifestyle items help make me feel positive vibes and also look refreshed. As always, my favorite is the essential oils because I can relax and feel calm down while enjoying all their health benefits. I also like the hair treatment oil, which solved almost all of my hair problems. All the other items are must-haves too and getting them and enjoying them is absolutely a wonderful experience for me!
