Bambu Cutting & Serving Board ($12) This chopping and cutting board is made from USDA certified organically grown bamboo, a renewable and durable material.
It comes with a tag containing care and proper usage instructions to prolong its life.
This board measures 9″ L x 6″ W x 3/8″ H. It’s compact and lightweight.
According to the info card, bamboo has a unique ability to absorb moisture, resist swelling, and warping. It also doesn’t impart or absorb flavors, making it a superior board for slicing garnishes, cutting cheese, and serving up bite-sized treats.
This board is reversible. One side can be used as a cutting and chopping board, and the other can be used for serving.
Unlike plastic boards, this Bambu board is made with water-based, formaldehyde-free adhesive with a natural antimicrobial substance, making it difficult for bacteria to stick on.
