Hello Deluxe Box Subscribers,
This is a good news / bad news kind of email. Since Rebecca Mail launched in spring of 2016, we went from a “little idea” to a full-fledged business that is not only my full-time job, but Rebecca Mail has also become my husband’s full-time job too! We are literally living out our dream of owning our own business and being our own boss. This is an incredible blessing.
Since launching the Deluxe Lifestyle Box, we have also launched Rebecca Snail Mail and Lip Service (a monthly lip balm subscription service). These have both grown and far exceeded our initial expectations for them and we have some fun and exciting plans for both of these boxes.
That is the “good news,” the “bad news” is that the Lifestyle box has not had the same level of success. Don’t misunderstand, it has been a success in many ways, but it has fallen way behind the other two boxes. Last fall we made the tough decision to take the Lifestyle box quarterly so we could focus on those other two boxes and still be able to keep producing a lifestyle box and that worked for a while but the time has come for us to pull the plug on our Deluxe Lifestyle Box.
The “Celebrate Fall” Rebecca Mail box that is going out this month will be the last Rebecca Mail Deluxe Lifestyle box.
It is with a heavy heart that I type that last sentence. Although we all love our flagship lifestyle box, we had no way of predicting how incredibly popular our other two boxes would become. Add to that the overly crowded Women’s Lifestyle Box market and it was clear it is time to make the this choice.
What does that mean to you? If you have prepaid for multiple boxes and your subscription does not end with this next box, we will be issuing you a refund after this box ships. (We will be contacting you individually by email if your account has a balance to let you know how much and when to expect your refund.) If your account is set to renew quarterly (and this is over 95% of you) your account till just end as of Nov 1, 2018.
We will from time to time, produce one-time purchase boxes that will be available in our shop and still plam to do our annual Black Friday Mystery Box sale.
