Healing Chakras Meditations and Affirmations Guide by Ilchi Lee. A lovely portable Chakra meditation and affirmation guide that you can keep on your desk, on your bedside table, or anywhere where you want to take a moment to breathe and meditate. It stays upright without any trouble, so it doesn’t take that much space on a desk. The pages are thick, glossy and sturdy.
On one side, you have a lovely picture representing each of the chakras.
You can meditate while looking at the picture, or turn the whole thing around to have the information related to the chakra with an easy guided meditation.
Agate Crystal Quartz Cave. It came in a small purple box.
Some of the tiny crystals broke off during transit, but the geode is still intact.
And it’s a lovely cluster! The crystals are small and a light shade of grey, almost white.
And it almost fits in the palm of my hand!
The information card gives us more ideas on how to use this quartz with our chakras.
Yogi Surprise Chakra Bracelet Set.
These two adjustable bracelets are so light and pretty! The shape of the beads are slightly different on each bracelet, and the colors refer to the Vishuddha Chakra (Throat, Blue) and the Anahata Chakra (Heart, Green).
Muladhara Chakra Essential Oil Serum by The Hippie Homesteader. To help our Muladhara Chakra (Root), we received this essential oil roll-on infused with garnet and cedarwood oil.
I like that it comes with a little card reminding us of the benefits of waking up this chakra.
Premium Palo Santo by Alternative Imagination. I like how sweet, woody, but fresh (like slight minty feel) these smells! They are good to cleanse the area before and after meditation. I actually keep some in my yoga bag, my gym bag, and my travel bag to keep everything smelling fresher. They can’t keep the bad smell away, but I like to think they keep mu stuff clean from bad energy!

I love getting stones in a box, and the quartz crystal was lovely and perfect for a Chakra box. I really like that this box didn’t focus on one or two chakras, but had a little something to please all seven of them in different ways and that we get some help from the Meditation guide!
