Unboxing the Bizarre has started a new book subscription called Bizarre Bibliotheca Holiday Box. It is a monthly subscription that sends out themed books and goodies that features some offbeat holidays. Box cost starts at $19.99 + shipping and handling. It also comes with an information card that includes some brief trivia about the holiday and some interesting suggestions on ways you can celebrate in all of the wackiness.

The box is celebrating Global Beatles Day!

The info card lists all the box’s contents.

It’s also full of blue squiggles!

Everything in my box!

The Beatles Magnetic Bookmark Asst Print – SIMILAR ($9.99 ) I got the retro feel upon seeing this classic looking magnetic bookmark!

The magnets are quite strong! It just slips over your page.

The bright green apple represents the record label that the group founded, Apple Records!

Ticket To Ride By Larry Kane With CD ($16; $24.99 on the card)

It was 40 years ago — more or less — that a 22 year-old broadcast journalist from Florida was invited by manager Brian Epstein to travel with the Beatles to every stop on their first North American tours. The only American reporter in the official press party, Larry Kane obtained exclusive, revealing interviews with John, Paul, George, and Ringo. Fortunately, Kane saved his original notes and tapes, and shares them here for the first time. That material provides the basis for his intimate look back at the phenomenon of the Fab Four, and insights into the humor and personality of each group member. Ticket to Ride, illustrated with more than 30 photographs, captures a rare time in history, gracefully melding the story of the Beatles revolution with the changing tenor of the country. Hear John Lennon’s early public criticism of the Vietnam War, and learn about the night the Beatles met Bob Dylan. “We had a crazy party the night we met [Dylan],” Paul recounts. I thought I got the meaning to life that night. Ticket to Ride includes a 60minute audio CD featuring rare interviews.

The book talks about the 1964-65 USA tours of The Beatles!

It includes a CD that features not only the tour but also some behind-the-scenes interviews of the reporter Larry Kane, who also wrote the book according to his experience with the popular group.

It’s really a must-have for die-hard Beatles fans!

The book also shows the fun side of the members and how it’s like traveling with one of the most iconic and most popular music groups.

Recycled Beatles Messenger Bag ($12.74; $15.99 on the card) It’s a recycled bag that serves its purpose, 100%!

The back side of the bag features some of The Beatles’ poster photos.

It’s quite spacious!

The orange bag also has the band’s logo.

It has a really colorful design that represents the very colorful career of The Beatles.

This month’s Unboxing the Bizarre theme is quite nostalgic as it features The Beatles merchandise and other The Beatles inspired items.  The book is quite insightful, it’s really a must-have for die-hard The Beatles fans and engaging for casual fans. I think this is a super fun and unique book subscription box – you’ll always receive something entirely different! In particular, the extras were high quality and useful – no filler, all fun!
