Meliora Cleaning Products Lemon Laundry Powder ($4.65) Made in Chicago and packed in a can, this lemon-scented laundry powder is free from dyes, preservatives, and fragrances. It’s ideal for all types of fabrics and can be used for all water temps. The scent is not overpowering or irritating, and it leaves fabrics smooth and soft too.
I like how they broke down the ingredients on the label and indicated how they’re frequently used. Ingredients include baking soda, washing soda, vegetable soap, and organic essential oils.
The detergent powder looks typical but I find it coarser because of the ingredients used. This powder is good for 128 loads for high-efficiency washers or 64 loads for regular washing machines. You will only need ½ scoop for HE load and 1 scoop for the regular load. I can’t wait to use this on all my towels!
Meliora Cleaning Products Laundry Stain Removal Soap Stick ($5.99) To accompany the laundry powder, they also included a laundry stain removal stick. This is heaven sent for anyone who has to deal with annoying stains that just won’t come off.
You can use this on all kinds of fabric, even your baby’s clothes.
This stain removal soap stick comes in white and is made from vegetable soap. All you have to do is to wet the cloth or fabric that you are going to clean and just rub the soap stick on it. Wash afterward. It’s really simple and easy, plus it gets the job done! It’s amazing!
This month’s Mighty Fix introduced new laundry products made without harmful chemicals. We found the laundry detergent and the stain removal stick really useful, especially since they’re gentle enough for kids’ clothes. This subscription allows us to discover eco-friendly items every month, and it just costs $10 per box. What a great way to start if you’re working towards an environmentally-conscious lifestyle!
