NOSEJOY is a monthly subscription box that sends items for your olfactory pleasure! Make your nose happy with lovely smelling soaps, candles, lotions, and more for $34.95, which includes shipping. Each box will be curated to the season and will include upscale and boutique brands.
Enjoy 4 to 5 scented products delivered to you each month. Generally every month will include a candle and a soap, plus other items for home and body. Product sizes are full size or travel size.
The presentation was lovely, with a seasonal sticker on the outside and patterned tissue paper inside. I love that the sticker outside the box is changed every month, it is a nice touch!

I found a card that announced December’s theme, Jolly Holiday Scents for Santa.
The back side of the card gave a description of scents Santa most likely surrounds himself with this month! I always feel like NOSEJOY puts a lot of thought into the scents that go into this box and I am always pleased with the choices.
I found a second card that listed each item, some info about the item, the retail price, and where to find more. I even found a discount code.

Paddywax Charles Dickens Library Travel Tin Candle ($8) I’ve received a Paddywax travel tin in a subscription box before so I was excited to find one in my NOSEJOY box! The Library candles feature scents inspired by famous authors and have a quote from one of their books on the lid. This quote is from “A Christmas Carol” of course!
There are two wicks and the candle has a burn time of around 20 hours. The scent features notes of tangerine, cloves, and fir needle and is citrusy, sweet, and warm. The copper tin provides a classic look while the embossed lid adds a nice touch.
NOSEJOY sent another Paddywax candle for this box, which is perfect because I love a seasonal candle! Here’s a look at the outside of this second candle.
Paddywax Kaleidoscope Collection Travel Tin Tobacco + Patchouli Candle ($14.32) is another fragrance perfect for the season. I love the warm, sweet scent of patchouli and have always liked the smell of pipe tobacco. The added cinnamon and nutmeg notes make this one a winner and my office smelled so good while I burned this.
I am a big fan of Austin-based Benjamin Soap Co. and was happy to try their Cashmere Lotion Bar ($7).
Only five all-natural ingredients goes into this bar – olive oil, coconut oil, beeswax, shea butter, and essential oils. Cashmere has notes of gardenia, lavender, and sage and can be easily applied to rough spots such as knees and elbows or rubbed on hands. You can even smooth flyaway hairs with it – just apply to hands and then rub hands over your hair to leave a subtle white floral fragrance.
I have received Spongellé sponges in other boxes and usually pass them on to my daughter. Not this one! Spongellé Spongetté Bourbon Vanilla Travel Sized Bath Sponge ($9) has a sweet scent provided by vanilla and orange and the white floral fragrance of jasmine.
This spongetté has enough juice to last through at least 5 showers. You simply wet it and then scrub all over. The first time you use it you may want to concentrate on rough spots. Let it sit in your shower for a few more days and it will soften and feel less like fine-grained sandpaper. The scent is fleeting but that is fine with me. As always, I wish this product had a handy rope so that I could hang it out-of-the-way.
La Lavende Jardin des Senteurs Lait Bar Soap ($3.95) What a pretty little soap! This would be perfect in a guest bathroom and would last for several days, if not longer.
The soap is made in France and has a classic sweet-floral scent.
NOSEJOY certainly knows how to curate a box! I loved the theme this month and thought NOSEJOY put a lot of thought and care into choosing the items to match, but then they do that every month! The candles in this subscription are always fabulous and I love to find a natural beauty product no matter what the box. The soaps were lovely and both were very different from each other. If you’re looking for a luxurious gift for someone this holiday season, I would suggest sending them a gift of this box! I found the products to have a value of around $42.27. I really believe NOSEJOY has a nose for finding great smelling stuff. This box features lovely curation and I look forward to discovering items that please at least one of my five senses (and sometimes more) and learning about new, undiscovered (by me, at least) brands.
