CufflinkMonthly is a subscription service for unique cufflink sets which carefully pre-selects themed cufflink sets to reflect each month’s holiday or event. My husband works at our local theater and wears suits multiple nights a week. He loves french cuff shirts and the required cufflinks. I swear they are like purses for women. He can never have too many and is developing a large collection.

The cufflinks come in the cutest little box. I was so excited to get it and the links aren’t even for me. It is so small and just down right cute. Inside the box there is a piece of paper wrapped around the cufflink box.

You can see how the paper is wrapped around a cardboard sleeve with the cufflink box inside. The paper is sealed with a sticker and they added a cute “Read Me” to the outside. I was thankful for that since I would have just slipped it off had they not added the note.

The actual cufflink box is a bronze shade.

With this being a review box, Cufflink Monthly sent both the box that they send to first year subscribers and the box they send to second year subscribers. This first one is for the first year subscribers and they talk about how they are supporting Movember and the work and talking about men’s health. My poor husband can never grow a full moustache. His facial hair grows in so splotchy but every year he starts to give it a try for support before he has to shave it to look presentable. It is a great cause and a great way to support.

With the support of Movember, they sent mustache cufflinks!  I’m still all over the mustache craze and I think this is fantastic.

These cufflinks are a nice shiny silver and have a great hefty weight to them and are a great size. I like when I can make out what his cufflinks are when he is wearing them and these are the perfect size for that. The mustaches will be fun to wear to all different theater shows.

Here are the links you will get if you are in your second year of being a subscriber. They are doing a fun little play with politics and science.

I’m even more excited with these. We are a science geek family and the periodic table is just plain fun for us. The cufflinks represent Flourine and Uranium. I’m going to leave my husband to explain these to my youngest son as I’m sure he will have lots of questions when he notices them and he will notice them.

They are shiny and silver, and large enough to be seen without being humongous. These will be great to wear to so many different theater shows and especially when Neil Degrasse Tyson comes which he does yearly. This set really just makes me smile even while I’m looking at them.

With both boxes this month, Cufflink Monthly sent great options. I’m partial to the second year links with the elements but we would be happy with both pairs. They are both great quality and will work as intended easily.  My hubby loves to collect cufflinks and now I’m happy to add to his collection to spice up his shirts and add that little bit of flair to his suits.

Some of the individual cufflink sets from previous months’ selections are also available for purchase however they go for about $45 a pair in the store when depending on the duration of your subscription you can get them monthly for cheaper. So the subscription is the best way to get the best price.
