This is the review of the Rescue Box.

Everything in my box!

Puppy Plush Toy – This plush toy is soft and squishy and adorable. I mean, look at those puppy eyes!

It’s so cute even though it looks kind of shy. Makes such a fun companion for future dog lovers.

Radar’s Dream By Patrick Regan  – Radar’s Dream is a story about a shelter dog Radar, whose dreams became a reality one day. It is really an insightful story.

The illustrations are great, it caught my kids’ attention as they browsed the book.

Both the author and the artist are rescue dog owners, and that’s where they got the inspiration for the story and the illustrations.

The Puppy Place Bear By Ellen Miles ($3.92) – The Puppy Place is a series of books where the writer, Ellen Miles, gives the dogs different personalities. This one features the dog named Bear, a husky who turns out to be a lazy one.

The Petersons, specifically Lizzie, wants to search for a forever home for Bear. The back cover gives a piece of what’s inside the book.

The book doesn’t have any illustrations inside, but the story is engaging enough for a young reader.

The Too Cute Coloring Book Puppies ($6.99) – It is filled with lots of cute dog doodles the kids can color.

This could keep the kids occupied for hours. Recommended for ages 3 and up.

Sample pages! The illustrations are very simple, so they are great for coloring.

It’s definitely a puppy overload in here!

Colorations Crayons ($1.01) – The set also includes a box of 16-piece crayons.

The crayons are non-toxic and includes most of the basic colors for the kids. Given the theme of the book, some crayons will get a lot more use than others.

Pablo Puppys By Sheila Hamanaka ($3.99) – This book is about a puppy looking for the perfect owner, and an old shelter dog whom the pup turned to for a few pointers on finding the perfect person.

It is a good book to educate children and introduce them to a dog’s care and needs.

The pages are colorful and glossy! The style of the artwork is lots of fun, and they work in some guidance on caring for a rescue pup, too.

The story is so heartwarming, it’s a tribute to the special relationship between the young and the old.

Lets Get A Pup By Bob Graham ($6.99) – This story is about a little girl named Kate, who is in search for a new companion after her cat died.

The pages are colorful and glossy as well. The illustrations are humorous.

The back shows other characters in the story — new pup Dave together with the older gray dog, Rosy.

Here’s the drawing of the shelter where Kate went to look for a new companion. So cute!

And then there’s Rosy, she may be old but still as lovely as a puppy. The story is really inspirational for dog lovers, young and old alike.

This box is perfect for children, but might also appeal to grown-ups who love dogs. It includes educational tools to better understand how to take care of pet dogs. The books are a great introduction and really helpful for the parents of the future dog-owners. We also appreciate that the books were made with high-quality materials and doesn’t easily tear out. The pup plush toy that comes with the box is adorable too. I highly recommend this box for those who are planning to get themselves a new family member, especially from the shelters.
