Everything in the box. I love the mix of blue and yellow. It’s a fun combination!

This month’s theme is Nature. We get some information about how spending time in nature can help our brain to relax and be more creative. Once a week, go take a nice 60-90 minute nature walk, without your cellphone!

There’s also a Brain Boost activity and this month is a candle meditation (there’s a candle included in the box, how convenient!) Don’t worry, the explanations are easy to follow and straight to the point. There’s also a Monthly Neuro Prize, and all you have to do to have a chance to win the Philips Wake-Up Light with Sunrise Simulation Alarm Clock is to take a selfie with your box and share it on social media. Pretty easy!

On the flip side of the card, you get all the items information as well as their uses!

NeuroGum Nootropic Energy Gum. Each piece has a blend of natural green tea caffeine, L-theanine, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. This gum is designed to improve concentration, alertness, and memory. I was actually surprised by the texture of the gum. I was expecting a hard shell, but it was very soft and easy to chew. I hate when gums stick to much on my teeth, but this one had a fun chewy texture, not sticky at all. I really enjoyed them!

Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee Mix. Instant coffee, Lion’s Mane (a type of mushroom), Chaga (and other mushroom) and Rhodiola. Just drop the powder in a cup, add water and enjoy. The fragrance right out of the sachet was surprisingly sweet, I had to check the ingredients multiple time to confirm there was no sweetener. The taste was ok, it tasted like instant coffee! Coffee with cognitive enhancing properties, aiding with memory and concentration.

Conscious Coconut Organic Coconut Oil. At first, I thought it was a body lotion, or a moisturizer, or something skincare related. Look at the package! How can you not want to add this to your skincare routine! But it’s edible, as it is 100% Organic, Fair Trade certified, Virgin, Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil. The tub is actually very convenient to get the delicious oil, you can massage the tub between your hands to warm the oil, or run warm water on it, and then just push the coconut oil out of the tub, like any other paste in a tub. It’s perfect to get a bit in your coffee, substitute for butter, spread on a hot muffin, or to use it in your skincare routine. Seriously, I can’t get over the tub, it’s such a great idea!

There are so many uses for coconut oil! I personally use it on muffin and also as a 10 minutes face mask for a hydration boost. Also, for every tube sold, a child is given a meal through Feeding America food banks. This coconut oil is good for you, and for a kid.

The Hive. Wooden Honeycomb Puzzle. The Brain is like a muscle: it needs new and challenging activities to stay healthy. In this puzzle, there’s 20 ways to catch three bees, but only one way to catch them all! It looks easy, but I’m still working on it! It’s made with thin wood (I love wooden toys or puzzles), and it’s quite light. There’s only five pieces (the board and four honeycomb links), so you won’t loose them right out of the box! It’s a fun and simple game, we love it!

Seeds of Intention Cards. Each card has a different daily intention. You can use it for journaling, or as a daily reminder to take time to live mindfully. I love these cards and they are perfect to give to friends.

South River Candle Co. Travel Candle. An apricot-coconut wax candle with a blend of orange, lemon, peach, with notes of white tea, ginger and clove. I will be honest, I’ve picked none of these fragrances! But I can say that it smells good! It’s fresh, woody, calming. You can use this candle for a Candle Meditation, or just to add ambiance to a relaxing bath!

NeuroBox was amazing! I had a lot of fun going through the box, everything was high quality, great value for the price of the box. The ingredients good for the brain in the drink, the gum and the coconut oil were the stars, not an afterthought. No items felt like fillers. I really enjoyed that this was a box that could be gifted to anybody, man or woman. It’s a feel good for the brain box!
